Firehouse Subs Victory

I’m so glad u guys shut this place down it was bad half the times the workers would lock the door and film TikTok’s in the front area and didn’t want customers in their videos 😂

This has to be the most poorly managed place in the whole town. They are either out of everything or “only doing online orders” (the workers were just trying to film tik toks on the clock). They are kinda rude as well. Overall needs new management. And the workers need to film tik toks at home.

Sandwich was great, but the employees sat down on stools when they finished making the sandwiches. While the floors were sticky, no towels in the restroom, and no syrup for the diet coke. Your job is more then making sandwiches.

Wow. This may have been the worst service I have ever received in my 47 years of life. I was not greeted in a friendly manner but instead “what do you want”. Not one time did the young lady behind the cash register smile or say anything remotely friendly to me. I thought “well maybe she’s having a bad day.” I then heard her get on the phone with someone and start complaining about hours until I stopped listening. The young man who made my sandwiches called my name and I smiled and said “thank you so much, have a wonderful day!” He looked at me blankly and then walked away. No “you too” or “thank you” or “you’re welcome” or even a smile from anyone working here. As much as I love the subs I will never return to a place where they make you feel as unwelcome as humanly possible. Both employees desperately need to find new jobs - something that brings them joy and is not in customer service.

Nearly lost my flip flops to the sticky floor. Danny says they’re a sub above. This place seems to have sank a while ago. Nothing was clean. No towels in restroom. I won’t be back here and it will be a long, long time before I try any other Firehouse Sub locations.

Stop in on my lunch break and the customer service was horrendous. Employees are fighting with each other in front of customers .dinning room is dirty both the older man and the older lady was extremely rude to customers in between fighting with each other

We walked in to order and was ignored by 2 employees. After standing there several minutes, we were asked if we were picking up or ordering. We said order. We were told we had to order on the app. There was literally no other customers in at the time. Horrible customer service! We just walked out. If they don’t want the business , then fine! No reason they could not take our order!

No sign posted apparently only doing pickups for Uber eats, 3 staff members just sitting on their phones. Disappointed.

Everything i order doordash from here i always get told that somebody else picked up the order. In reality theyre just too lazy to make the food. I've ordered here ten times and only once have i ever actually gotten my food.

This is the worst location i have ever been to if i could give 0 stars i would. i went there 4/30/25 at 6:08 with an intent to pick up my doordash order. i have been fasting and didn’t eat all day. the employees that were working was just sitting there when i went in to ask about my order they told me to refund it. they were so rude and laughed when i walked out. i don’t understand why they couldn’t make my order if they was eating too. this was so disgusting and disrespectful. i would like to speak to the higher up. No one should ever have to have this type of experience.

(Edit below) I ordered from here while sitting in the hospital with a high-risk pregnancy absolutely STARVING from not eating all day. Just craving Firehouse. And this restaurant flat out refused to make my food for DoorDash. They said another driver already took it, so DoorDash called and offered to pay for a new order. The manager refused. Then I PAID for a second, totally new order. They still REFUSED to make it. That's 3 paid orders they just flat out refused to make. They wouldn't answer any of my calls and they hung up on the DoorDash representative. I love Firehouse but this place has made me hesitant to ever eat there again. If I can't order from another, reliable location near me, I will never eat another sandwich from this chain again. And I owned a restaurant for years. I know this isn't just a case of some customer not understanding the food service industry. This is downright incompetent and theft.

Edit- I think the restaurant has hired someone to pretend to care about customer complaints. The respond to bad reviews but don’t actually do anything. Think about this- how bad does your service need to be to hire someone just to pretend to be fixing stuff?

I’ll believe it when I get my refund, door dash kept all my money.
