Firehouse Subs Victory

I placed an order for me and my coworkers at 4:15 to be ready at 6:05pm. When we arrived my coworker decided to check her food being that she requested no tomatoes as she is highly allergic as well as no onions and mustard. She informed the manager and rather than remaking the sandwich she simply pulled them off. We decided not to make a big deal about it and just to go get her something else to eat. As I pull out the parking lot my other coworker reached for her food only to discover that the food was cold. We collectively decided to just get something else to eat. When we arrived back to return the food we explained that the food was cold only to find out that it was made it 4 and not 6 as the pick up time said. They claimed it was due to it not showing the proper pick up time when ordered. They said we couldn’t get a refund due to the food leaving the store so we left the UNTOUCHED food on the table. The next morning I called to speak to the store manager and they said that they couldn’t refund the order due to the food being half eaten and the only thing they could do was remake the food. I later on came to the store and asked to see the images of the food and two of the sandwiches was half eaten and the one with the tomatoes had a bite taken out of it. I asked if the manager had access to the cameras and she told me she couldn’t pull them up and she knew for sure her associates would not touch the food however the food was in whole when it was left on the table. Out of frustration I just asked for the food to be remade and left. This was the absolute worst food experience I have ever had.

Hands down- worst Firehouse Subs I’ve ever been to. First, there’s like random sketchy dudes meandering from in front of the counter and then back in the back area and all around the restaurant. Who are these dudes? Why are they in the back where the food is? Sketchy

Second the sub took (Not an exaggeration) 26 minutes to make. There were 5 employees and maybe three customers inside and somehow it took them half an hour to make my sandwich which by the way was awful and sloppy. They didn’t even cut it in half. It was murdered with mayonnaise. It looked like the scene of an accident with meat and fluids splattered everywhere.

The soda machine had like more than half of every flavor out. You mean you have that many employees and not a single one of them could stop to go fill up the fountain machine before 12:00?

Skip this place and go to Chick Fil A.

Sad because I love Firehouse subs just not this location. The staff was very rude and didn't even get my sub made the way I ordered it, they must hire really dumb people to have someone at the location. Will never return to this location... I should have went to Zaxby's

Fast and ready plus the deliciousness of the ever so popular hero is just over the top yummy! Out can be described as tasting a sunrise over the ocean in your mouth! Just glorious!!

Staff is amazing.I'm here at seven o'clock at night.And they treated me like I was family..
One of the young ladies even went back there and cut me fresh limes for my cherry limeade!

Do not order from here. Ordered uber eats from here didn’t give my driver the food. And kept my money. Phone number to call did not work. No refund and no food.

Just got told that I could not place an order because it's Veterans Day. Like, customer service has really gotten bad. Where are the managers when these kids are refusing to work. The orders are so backed up and customers are not allowed to place an order. To subway I'll go!

Yet again, I get home with the order and there is no pickle in either sub. What is wrong with this location? Pickle shortage or are the workers too lazy to get the order correct. I will NOT be visiting this location again. If there is not another location convenient as to where I am traveling from then I will spend my money elsewhere. How hard is it people to get the order correct?

My daughter went to firehouse on Victory Dr. At 8:15pm and they said they wasn't making any more sandwiches but they don't close until 9. What kinda BS is that. They don't have to worry about me going to that one anymore.

The hook and ladder was so sloppy, it had to be eaten with a fork. The taste was rather bland. Sorry, this was just sub par for me.
