Firehouse Subs Ogeechee

This place used to be good but it's falling apart. Last time I went, they closed the doors super early and said they were only taking orders online, so I left. Today, I gave another chance but the cashier did not know what she was doing and tried to double charge for a $12 sandwich. When merely coming here comes with issues, I'll go somewhere else. I love that the owner replies to these, but unfortunately clearly not fixing any of the issues that customers bring up, so they won't last much longer.

The cook had to correct my Hook and Ladder order because I decided to modify with less items so I initially got a $24 charge on my sandwich

When I brought it up cashier doubled down on how it's because I was making modifications (not adding anything)

This place needs to close; there is no care in any way shape or form

(There's a reason why they had to shut down before these NEW and apparently worse franchisee owners)

They’re supposed to be open until 9pm, but at times they randomly close at 8pm. Not cool.

April is the Best!

The food is good but they have started locking the doors early and will only take orders online. Only the online ordering is unavailable . The staff is rude and not accommodating. When you call they will not take a phone order and literally said “you can only order online but for some reason online ordering is not working “. I’ve tried 3 times this week with the same issues. Don’t waste your time here!

Every time I order my sub with the bread not toasted they toast it. I tried a meatball sub today and it tasted terrible. I’m done with Firehouse Subs.

The staff is amazingly friendly. Always greeting with a smile. The food is fresh and tasty, made to perfection. This will always be one of my go to sub shops.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service.
Walked in an hour before they closed and they stared me and wife down like we were criminals smh. They have the open sign turned off as well, very unwelcoming vibe.
If I could get this place shut down I would. Staff is absolutely insane. No greeting no hello nothing! As well as cashier on a personal call on her phone with somebody when trying to take my order?! When I attempted to at least initiate a greeting of “Hello” she looked at me and said…”What are yal getting?”
Ridiculous.

Ordered firehouse subs as a treat on a hard day today and was treated with the kindest worker. My food was delicious and prepared promptly. To the sweet woman who prepared my sub, keep doing what you’re doing!

Not sure but the atmosphere was not what I thought Fire House has! No welcome feeling and if the two guys working there on Thursday evening had any training or personality it would be amazing.
Glad I’m going back to Florida because they know how to welcome you in Fire House!!!
