Firehouse Subs Ogeechee

Walked in amd dosen't look too busy. Figure it will be pretty quick.
Walk up to order and the lady taking my order is sick as can be. Coughing and hacking. It's disgusting in a food service establishment.
Against my better judgment I place an order and pay. Wait and wait and wait.... Long wait, folks piling up.
Sick lady is still coughing and hacking. Touching stuff.
At this point, I dont even want the sandwich 🤢
I normally like Firehouse Subs, but this will be one and done... I dont believe I will return.

Showed up only to be told they only accept online orders, and could not place one so I guess no sandwich for me. The workers just don't feel like making anything after 8pm so if it's close to close, forget it.

Love the subs. We weren't greeted until the workers were done making several subs. Floors were pretty dirty and cabinet doors were hanging off.

For dinner I ran down the road about a mile on Rt17 South to Firehouse Subs. I purchased a Medium Sz Hook & Ladder Sub which is Turkey & Ham w light mayo lettuce onions & tomato on white roll to share with Tony Vanoy
I only ate the meat and cheese off mine plus the dill pickle wedge. The bread is too high in carbs and calories for me. Tony loved his half!
Definitely recommend and be sure to do their rewards! Get your points

The service is the absolute worst!! Everybody is rude, forgot part of my order and then I go back the door is locked with a sign to call yet the phones don’t work. Then the employee closes the door in my face. Love firehouse but this location is always an issue with their customer service

Pretty normal joint. The subs were delicious. The service was great. We made a mistake and they fixed it for use without issues!

Do not eat here. I ordered sandwiches to go, got home and discovered NO MEAT on the sandwiches! Went back to the restaurant and they would not give me another sandwich, would not give me a refund, the manager basically said to go away and she would not make it right. If you go here, understand that there's a good chance you will be treated like that as well.

This place is horrible . I had an uber eat pickup order and they accepted it. Just for them to not make the order and say they received it too late . Not only were they rude they were also lazy and ignorant .

Very rude. Lied to Uber eats about not getting my order, even though UE clearly stated it was accepted

This place used to be good but it's falling apart. Last time I went, they closed the doors super early and said they were only taking orders online, so I left. Today, I gave another chance but the cashier did not know what she was doing and tried to double charge for a $12 sandwich. When merely coming here comes with issues, I'll go somewhere else. I love that the owner replies to these, but unfortunately clearly not fixing any of the issues that customers bring up, so they won't last much longer.

The cook had to correct my Hook and Ladder order because I decided to modify with less items so I initially got a $24 charge on my sandwich

When I brought it up cashier doubled down on how it's because I was making modifications (not adding anything)

This place needs to close; there is no care in any way shape or form

(There's a reason why they had to shut down before these NEW and apparently worse franchisee owners)

They’re supposed to be open until 9pm, but at times they randomly close at 8pm. Not cool.
