Firehouse Subs Ogeechee

Every time I order my sub with the bread not toasted they toast it. I tried a meatball sub today and it tasted terrible. I’m done with Firehouse Subs.

The staff is amazingly friendly. Always greeting with a smile. The food is fresh and tasty, made to perfection. This will always be one of my go to sub shops.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service.
Walked in an hour before they closed and they stared me and wife down like we were criminals smh. They have the open sign turned off as well, very unwelcoming vibe.
If I could get this place shut down I would. Staff is absolutely insane. No greeting no hello nothing! As well as cashier on a personal call on her phone with somebody when trying to take my order?! When I attempted to at least initiate a greeting of “Hello” she looked at me and said…”What are yal getting?”
Ridiculous.

Ordered firehouse subs as a treat on a hard day today and was treated with the kindest worker. My food was delicious and prepared promptly. To the sweet woman who prepared my sub, keep doing what you’re doing!

Not sure but the atmosphere was not what I thought Fire House has! No welcome feeling and if the two guys working there on Thursday evening had any training or personality it would be amazing.
Glad I’m going back to Florida because they know how to welcome you in Fire House!!!

Im sitting, waiting for my order to come out, ready to relax and eat in and get out of the heat, but left in a hurry due to a verry loud and foul mouth staff that did not care they had customers and just kept on arguing with each other. Not cool at all!!!

11 May ‘24 2:15 pm ordered the Italian with Grilled Chicken chopped Salad add banana peppers $8.99 plus tax. Twas perfectly prepared and so delicious. Three sweet hardworking people working Geechee firehouse today.
