A older lady outside the restaurant was smoking with a Crack pipe. The staff complained to managment and manager responded as long as she is not smoking Crack inside the restaurant it doesn't matter. The staff making the sandwiches were excellent.

We came in for a 2nd day in a row to have lunch since we were working at the construction site behind the building and the owner/manager not sure which, gave us our meal on the house for being a repeat customer. What a nice guy!!

They're store hours say the close at 9 but if you show up at 8 they won't make you anything and they will tell you it's closed. The Firehouse website and Google both say the place on victory drive closes at 930 I came in here at 855 and there are 5 or 6 employees in the store and they all said we're closed , but the front door was open and the lights were on very disappointed. I Had to order from the place next door and as I sat in my car and waited for my order. I noticed they didn't turn the lights off or leave 945. If you're going to close early, then you need to change your hours.

Just had my first firehouse sub and I'm impressed!! We were wondering what we'd have for dinner and wanted subs but didn't want to drive our far- firehouse is just down the road so we decided to give them a try. We used their app to order and our sandwiches were ready promptly. My sandwich was a BYO ham & cheese with several veggies. The ham was yummy and they toasted my sandwich to perfection. My sub was $9 and it was the PERFECT size! The employees were busy cleaning when we walked in. Final verdict: Simply based on my experience today I would recommend them. Everything tasted fresh. The value for your dollar was perfect. Their pickles are also a nice addition. Can't wait to try them again :)

My experience was great the first time. second time I was there ⁸telling the young manBrandon as I'm told is his name the manager standing right there while is giving me word for word about food I have to eat he's very arrogant telling me so his mom is the GM I said wow ...Customer service is horrible

Had firehouse subs for the first and last time! I ordered a large order on their website 2 days before I needed it! Paid for it and received an email confirmation for the order. My boss went to pick it up and they claim they never got the order. Showed them the email and had to wait for everything to be THROWN together and got charged again! Sandwiches were disgusting and I called the corporate office to complain and get my money back for the order they never received! Got a call back from a very unprofessional man named Chad who informed me all the sandwiches couldn’t have been bad and because I had already disputed the charge there was nothing he would do! Seriously I hung up after telling him how unprofessional he was. I have been a restaurant manager for over 20 years and I would have done anything to not lose business!
