Burgers are good, Cajun fries 🍟 spicy & salty ! I am writing this review to warn people especially Families, if they like 5 Guys & go to this location, Beware the prices are $2-3 higher per item then other locations . Husband got Cheese burger, large Cajun fries & milk shake . Tab $ 36 !!! For a family of 4, w.o. shakes could $100 ++! Ouch

I went to this fast food restaurant yesterday around 7pm there was a short dark toned girl with dark red hair however my burger had red hair inside of it her customer service was horrible
This five guys location is horrible. The service is terrible and they do not have enough inventory to support their customers. They run out of food and wait to tell people until they’ve wasted all their time.

With the tip, $65 for two cheeseburgers, two medium shakes and a small order of fries?? Your burgers are good. They're not THAT good. I really wish I'd order it online before I saw what the price was going to be.
Oh, and remember when they used to give you enough french fries to feed an army? This is a small order of fries today from five guys...
There are far better dining options all over downtown Savannh. Make other dining arrangements.

Omg I hope you have at least an hour to get your food. The guy at the counter is purposely trying to slow you down from ordering to give the kitchen more time. It a burger and fires nothing should take this long. I will get McDonald’s to heat up in the hotel room next time so I’ll never have to come back to this place ever again.
