Google says they close at 10pm but I just tried to go in around 8:30pm tonight, 1/18, and the doors were locked. There were two cars out front and the lights on. Not sure what’s up with that but they should probably update their hours on google. They must close at 8pm just so everyone knows.

After 3 years I still refuse to go to this location due to their overcharging of patrons and giving Five Guys a bad reputation. There is no excuse for falsely advertising prices on your board and then charging customer a lot more than what is posted. Original post from 3 years ago: They false advertise the prices on their order board and then charge you 40 cents more more per item ordered. Their excuse was that they didn't get the stickers yet to cover the old price with the new. Then proceeded to tell me that it was useless to call the corporate hotline because they don't own the place. I proceeded to inform them that they are using this company's name and resources, along with the company's culture, therefore false advertising is not an acceptable thing to do under their company name. The guy proceeded to argue with me over it, not caring that false advertising is a violation of consumer law. And since he refused to refund my money, I was forced to take the food that I was blatantly overcharged for and leave. I've been to many Five Guys locations across several states and this is by far the worst one in the entire franchise. It's franchise owners like this that cause companies like Five Guys to get a terrible reputation.

What happened to our neighborhood 5 guys? We could not even get a cup To get some water !! And they don’t even have any peanuts anymore. The one box they had out was some to about 30 Peanuts and absolutely not edible as they were so stale. I didn’t even want to give them one star but had to mark Something f or else it would not let me leave a review! That is the end of my support for 5 guys!
