On 2/22, My husband and I went down to the bar where we sat being unacknowledged for roughly around 11 minutes. There where 2 bartenders. The female bartender has plenty of time to stop and check her phone twice while the guy never even looked at the other half of the bar. We sat there that long because we understand that people get busy. After her second phone check and not even being told "hey we'll be right there" when we sat, we just decided to leave. We were super disappointed because it was our anniversary and our last night in Savannah. We wanted to have a low-key night after such an eventful day.

So, I'm not going to lie, I was kinda let down by this place. Not that it was horrible, but I was expecting much more. I thought it was way bigger than it actually was, but it's definitely more hotel than anything. As for the menu, they had a decent amount of options, we both decided on the smash burger and parmesan fries. My fries were half warm, half cold, and half of them tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. The smash burger was decent but lacked flavor. Our drinks were pretty good, I could see this being a great place for drinks with friends. They have larger high-top tables with games you can play! Side Note: I didn't get a photo because this was the first meal I had all day, and I started eating immediately.?

The service is terrible. Either limit the menu or hire more bartenders. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get one bottled beer. This place is ridiculous. The bartender was nice but definitely trying to do too much.
Breakfast was bad. I've had continental breakfast at Staybridge Suites that was better than this mess. $15 plates. The online menu is not accurate. Go elsewhere. I went because I was staying at this hotel. $32 later and heavy regret. Bad service too.

Dirty with poor service. The bartender was on her phone then filling the cooler and I waited almost 5 minutes just to get a cocktail menu. Then while I waited for her to look at me so I could tell her what I wanted I had to stare at 17+ dirty glasses in front of me in the bar. Finally I ordered my drink and then she got drinks for people standing at the end of the bar. After 5 minutes I left. This entire hotel and bar is such a disappointment.
