The best cheese grits I have ever eaten. This is the kind of restaurant that you would try something different every time you went in. I haven't eaten anything that wasn't flavorful and fresh quality of food. The staff is super nice and fast. They daily lunch specials are amazing! We go several times during our stay.

I remember being 15 working at Chus when this place was being built up lol. I’m 40 now and have finally got to try them . We ordered a to go low country boil with amazing fresh shrimp corn potato and sausage with sides of their tomato 🍅 salad my late younger brother always raved about.

I wish I could give a 5 star rating to this restaurant but for this being our first time here we were greeted with attitude by the hosted named addison I believe it was . She asked us if we wanted to sit outside or inside and we said was there anywhere outside? She said not that I can see and she looked around and I said well how long of a wait would it be and she goes about 15 minutes and she had an attitude when she said that as well. Then she seen one of the bus boys cleaning a table, then told us she would sit us there when he was done . Nothing else was said and she didn’t watch and I had to let her know we were going to sit down because the table was cleaned . She rolled her eyes and took in a very big deep breath and was snatching the menus and silverware just to walk us over . As soon as she slammed the menus and silverware down on table I was trying to say thank you but she kept on walking didn’t even say one word . I get that people have bad days or something may have happened before we got there but this is your job and if you don’t like your job then the restaurant industry isn’t for you . That is seriously some very poor customer service . The only thing that saved our experience tonight was our awesome waitress Faith . Faith was super friendly and very attentive we most definitely appreciate the top tier customer service from her !! Please don’t ever lose faith.

A cool local bar with excellent food just before you cross the causeway. We enjoyed live music with a chill crowd of people. Try the fried shrimp or the fried flounder all on point. Parking can be a challenge but worth finding a spot. Staff was friendly and accommodating especially since we arrived when the kitchen was closing. Y’all check it out. Thumbs up from my point of view.

with the review you were about to read you may get the impression that I’m some kind of complainer, but nothing’s bothered from the truth . Having had a business of my own I know people have bad days at this place is simply a waste of money and deserves this review: Oh my nothing like steak prices with frozen fish sticks at a gas station quality! Very memorable in a bad way. 1. The absolute worst “hush puppy” like things I have ever had anywhere at any time. 2. Tasteless fish sticks with little flavor poor quality meat that was supposed to be mahi-mahi. Nothing like that. 3. Little balls of breading with specs of oyster inside. At least this did taste like oysters. 4. The strangest concoction I have ever tasted that was supposed to be crabcakes. Absolutely disgusting. 5. The shrimp-it’s hard to mess up and they were really good. 6. it also came with the side of vegetables that were quite tasty as well. 7. Our Server, well quite cute, very inattentive. This wasn’t some bad night where things go wrong in the kitchen. This was simply poor quality food at fancy restaurant prices.

No one greeted us so we just sat ourselves. Came here with my bf. Got a $15 burger. Just regular size patty like the size at Burger King. With cheese and fries another +$5. Honestly the burger was ok. Nothing outstanding. A little burnt on one edge, but I like a little burnt. Crinkle cut fries were cold and luke warm when it came out. Cute place.

The bad: we waited 10 minutes for a server who said the hostess didn’t mark us down so she didn’t know we were there. That’s fair, but even then she only did one refill, took forever for that one refill (after meal had come and been eaten) and then took forever for change.
For $17 sandwiches to come with a bag of ruffles chips is insulting.
Side salad looked like your standard bad side salad.
Lettuce on the sandwiches was extremely limp and detrimental to the meal.
Food descriptions were also 80% accurate to what we received.
The good: environment is beach barish which was nice. Main entrees were good. We had the harbormaster and shrimp po boy, they were fine.

Real flounder was very good. Had bad experience in another restaurant and they sold tilapia in stead of flounder. Sweet server savannah is such a state with super hospitality no matter where u go. Will be back to explore more.
