Today an employee aka janitor was really disrespectful and rude to me and my guys. We were having our men's lunch and my pastor had accidentally hit his knee underneath the table, and it made my drink tipover and spilled. As it happened, we had grabbed some towels from the janitor station that was close to us to get the mess cleaned up. As we were doing that the janitor decided to take his anger on to me, and said to me "Why did you do that?" I was like what? He grabbed the towel from me in an ugly way. My pastor and my friends were seeing what was going on, and my pastor told him to shut up, and that he had no right to be yelling at me for this. He said that it was his fault, and guys told him to shut up too. And we left. This employee's behavior is unacceptable and it is uncalled for. Especially when it is to a special needs person as I am. I am very ashamed to be coming there, since I live close by to the mall. Later this afternoon I went to the management office and told them what happened, described the janitor guy to what he looked like. The lady apologized to me, and she will give the complaint to the janitor manager. But beware of any kind of staff member at the mall food court like this. I wouldn't want to happen this to anyone else. I don't think that we are going to be coming back anytime soon because of this incident, I didn't asked for it or needed this kind of treatment nor should anyone else.

Basil Thai Kitchen is a must eat at restaurant at the food court in the mall. I had the fried rice, green beans and shrimp and I was very impressed with how well seasoned everything was. The servers were very respectfully and friendly.

Most of it is Asian but still pretty good. I usually go to people watch during my lunch at work and get a tea from CFA. Sakura will give mall employees a discount.
