The place is small but super cute and the drinks are pretty tasty but a little pricy. What made this place great was the service!! The staff are so nice and make the drinks super fast. I came in yesterday around noon and was a little wet from the rain. The man at the register offered me a towel to dry off which was so kind of him! I’ll definitely be back.

This quaint little spot was close to our hotel, so we decided to pop in for a late breakfast. We ordered the cheese danish, chocolate croissant, and a bacon/egg/cheese breakfast bagel. All of our items were delicious … but we did notice a fly in the pastry container. There was also a giant gnat inside the box of our chocolate croissant. This is hard to prevent in the food business, but unfortunately it did affect our appetite. There is very limited seating, so make plans to stand or get your food/drinks to go. Most of their customers seem to be here for coffees and specialty drinks. I imagine they do a great job with those.

Excellent coffee and atmosphere. Sitting outside the shop with a coffee and the beautiful views is an excellent way to start one’s day! Also, this is one of the few dog-friendly coffee shops I’ve found where I can bring my dog in while I ordered! Highly recommend.

Stopped by for a coffee on Friday 07/11 Employee advised they were closing early no reason was given. Went to Tandem and coffee and spirits on E Bay. Coffee there was smooth. won’t be back to Franklins since they dont need the customers.

Franklin's is a beautiful cafe with a good espresso and friendly staff. The inside is clean and comfortable. Outside there are a few tables for people watching and enjoying the beautiful views.
My only complaint would be the chocolate croissant - it was more like a bun/roll with chocolate - cold, a bit tough, and not great. Still worth a visit for the ambiance and coffee!

Come for the vibe and stay for the coffee. Great menu and selection of seasonal specials. The inside of this shop is quite small but it’s very very on point from a branding perspective extremely cute. Whoever designed this place kudos. The exterior is also great because it’s on a beautiful tree lined street. Would love to go back again on a cooler day and hangout outside at one of the tables.

Stopped in this little sweet coffee shop and let them know I’m normally a Starbucks girly and they recommend their white chocolate hot late. It was absolutely delicious!!! Made perfectly! 10/10 recommend for the service and quality! Loved it!

I highly recommend the Bagel Burger. My mocha coffee was pretty good, I liked it! It's hard to get a seat because it's a small place, but it's worth it :)

Awesome customer service! When I asked if they had an Italian soda they did not, but made it work by pouring a can of sparkling water into a cup and gave me some syrup free of charge! I also love how the cups are branded as a special touch.

Absolutely loved this place. Wonderful staff and food that was quick, easy and delicious. It’s a coffee shop but they also offer some fun and creative cocktails for the afternoon. Well worth a stop if you’re cruising by. We tried a number offer shops in town and this was my favorite ice coffee by some margin. Nice, strong brew that held up nicely to the quickly melting ice.
