We absolutely love this place. My husband loves the brisket and fried chicken. I am vegetarian and that veggie pita roll hits the spot. The mac and cheese and potato logs are great, and of course the warm cornbread! Everyone here is so welcoming and kind. If you haven’t been here, you need to go!

My family and I came from New Jersey to South Carolina to witness my nephew graduating from the U,S Marines and couldn't find any good food until we googled black owned restaurants in Savannah and Geneva's Famous Chicken and Cornbread came and OH MY GOODNESS ww drove an hour and it was worth every minute of the drive. The food was delicious and the staff AMAZING. Thank Miss Geneva for a fantastic dining experience. Much Love from Paterson New Jersey ❤️

The chicken was pretty good and the New Orleans rice was ok. It should never be compare to Cole cooking. The service was the largest issue. The cashier did not seem to want to be there and the cooks who came out front frowned and rolled his eyes at customers.

Well worth the visit! Our food came out hot and fresh; it reminded me of being back at grandma's house. All of the staff I encountered were kind. Kudos to my server, Keria. Everything my party had was delicious. There is a small wait, however, if you want great food, it's worth it!

This is a real, honest review. I think KFC is way better. Food was OK , but nothing amazing. Takes 40 minutes to get food on Sundays. Had the 2 piece fried chicken meal with pecan corn bread and mash potatoes and gravy. Also they charge you a small fee for dining in , in ADDITION to the tip. I can't stand these hyped up restaurants you see in travel guides that are mostly hype. Seriously, blind taste test this and KFC and you'll see.

ALL I CAN SAY IS GET IN YOUR CAR NOW AND GO!!! Words can’t even describe how good the food is! When I tell you it’s made with love for real! Every bite mouthwatering! I’m so glad my husband and I stopped in! We are from out of state and don’t get to experience food like this back home! The chef that’s back in that kitchen is top tier! Atmosphere and service was superb as well! Y’all keep doing your thing ❤️
Popped in on a day trip to Savannah from Atlanta...originating from NJ. I loved the vibes. Friendly staff, family oriented. Shout out to my new nephew, Jaylin! He served with a smile and answered all of our questions and kindly took some grown up advise about life and school. Food was delicious...taking a out CAN I GET TO THE YAMS! SWEET YA,-AMS! Theyre gonna make me fly back down here just for those! Lol. 10 outta 10. I definitely recommend..

I’ve never been to place so good. The chicken is the best I’ve ever hard. The service is so amazing. Our server Mr rev came and made sure we were all satisfied to the T. He even came out and gave water to our dog. Then once the chicken came out it was game over. And right before the chicken came out one of the co owners Keneth talked to us and had a wonderful conversation and made sure we all were satisfied. 10/10 (best chicken place ever)
