I’ve been a frequent customer at Goody’s on Bull Street, often bringing my family, and usually, the food is great as well as the experience.
Today, I placed a to-go order inside, waited, and when I got home, my side was missing. Not a huge mistake. However, when I called I was met with resistance—staff insisted it was included when it wasn’t.
After unnecessary back-and-forth, I drove 15 minutes back, only to receive a smaller than normal portion, handed to me without a bag or an apology.
Considering they charge a premium for their food, I expected better. As a loyal customer, I’m definitely disappointed in the service today.

Cute little spot for breakfast. Good inside vibe with music, although limited seating. Here by myself on a Sunday AM though. Had the breakfast burrito with bacon and good coffee (not motor oil they serve at other fancy coffee shops). Thank you!

Cool place with nice service and great breakfast sandwich. Sausage and egg on potato roll was 🤤 So simple and so good. The lady behind the counter was super friendly.
Wanted to get some breakfast and try their special. They were out of the biscuits for the special. Not sure if we got there late or what, but we ended up with a bacon egg and cheese croissant that I could have gotten at a fast food place. I don't know if policy is to serve the window customers first, but we were inside before the walk ups and had to wait until they ordered. There also wasn't any half and half for the coffee. Just...oat milk. Inside was slightly cramped, and as a muscular guy, the chairs didn't inspire weight bearing confidence.
