Sat at the bar to expedite seating. Bar the bar tender was slammed with orders (need 2 tenders) but did a good job getting us served. It was just da noisy but It's a pizza house so to be expected. Food was good bd orders came quickly. We order the garlic knots and one was so hard I could barely cut it with my knife. I didn't send it back because they were far too busy - but it was a wasted $14 as we just left them on the plate. All aside, we will likely come here again but not on a holiday weekend.

Food was great. We eat at this restaurant every time we are in Savannah. The only issue we had is that our reservation was for 1:30 and we did not get seated until after 2:00. They give the customer a 10 minute grace period and they should do the same by not over booking the lunch crowd.

A great spot for a family birthday dinner. We were a party of twelve, and their large tables suited us perfectly. Menu had something for everyone and the service could not have been better.

This was our first visit here and we. will be definitely be back. We had the lasagna which was top notch. Great flavor and lots of sauce. We actually shared it and it was plenty. Our son had the pepperoni pizza and it was also fantastic. You have a great view of the river while dining.

The service was awful. The waitress took over 20 minutes to get our drink order then we waited another 15 min to get the drinks. Brought the food out before the appetizers and didn't check on us at all once food was brought out.

They were out of garlic knots, octopus was inedible (rubbery and not charred), lasagna was ok, lobster pasta was good. Overall probably wouldn't go back.
We had a really delicious lunch, and great drinks on SCAD grad weekend! Everything was super. But what really made it was our server, I'm sorry to say I don't remember her name but she was a blonde lady who had just been working there a few days. She managed a table of 12 of us amazingly, and stayed so sweet, helpful, and kind throughout! Definitely made it great and we would love to return!

We had the mussels, rigatoni with meatballs and personal pizza. The flavors were terrific! I topped it off with dessert! Our server was sweet as peach pie, knowledgeable and took great care of us!

To be fair, the pizza was ok. We are New Yorkers and snobby about our pizza. What we had at Graffito was not the best, but was far from the worst. What brought our rating down to a 3 star was the service. Our waiter had the personality of a clam. He showed no interest in serving our table, frequently disappeared for lengths of time. I asked for granulated garlic for our pizza and you'd think I asked for something strange. When it was clear he was struggling with the concept, I asked for fresh garlic. He answered that he wasn't sure they had any. What?? No fresh garlic in an Italian restaurant?? 🙄 Then he said he'd check and 10 minutes later he still hadn't returned. Our table of 5 couldn't get out of there quicker. We declined dessert and opted to go to Lulu's. I do not recommend Graffito's. The worst meal we had during our stay in Savannah.

First time in Savannah/ Graffito with the family and it was amazing, my kids loved the magic show they had. From service to the pizzas and apps we received were all in perfect timing. Will for sure be going back next time I go to Savannah.

Fantastic Staff and Experience! I chose to go here for my 21st birthday and not only did they let me change my drink to another one free of charge they gave me a free dessert! And to end the night they gave me a little postcard with happy birthday notes from the staff that served us 🥹 Thank you so much Graffito!
