On Saturday, May 5th, I placed an online order on the Great American Cookie website for a Square Cookie Birthday Cake to be picked up on Sunday, May 6th, at 2 pm. at your Abercorn location (Oglethorpe Mall. I arrived at the location Sunday at 2:00 pm. I informed the young man I was there to pick up a Square Cookie Cake. The young man checked on the Sales Floor and in the back kitchen for my order. Then the manager said, "We don't have any Doordash orders." I assume the manager felt I was door dash order. I informed the manager that I had placed the order on the Great American Cookie site. The manager stated 'We have no order." I gave the order number to the manager, and they located the order in the system, but the manager stated the order never came through. I believe the manager never checked today's orders. How can the manager find my order, refund my credit card, but claim the order was never through? That doesn't make any sense! Everyone was disappointed when I showed up with no cookie cake. Your staff needs to take the time to follow through. I would have given no stars for lack of effort

Went in to get a few cookies and was given the wrong ones. Asked for M&M with chocolate chip and was given some that had cream between them. Also had to argue that I did not call to order a cake so I could pay.

I always stop to get a cookie or two???????? and I'm never disappointed with the freshness. Now the staff is another conversation????They always act like they don't want to be bothered and I want to say just clock out and try again tomorrow, but I'm not the manager???? The area is always clean but please work on the staff's customer service skills???????? Chick fil a has some great youtube videos to assist????????♀️ B- due to the staffs lack luster behavior.

Well first off the girl sucked her teeth when I walked in. I had to tell her twice what I wanted she had a nasty attitude from me interrupting her with me trying to spend my money in the store over half the cookies were hard and dry but to top it off I was charged twice so I go in to talk to the manager on duty who is the gm's son and low and behold he has an attitude as well told him what was going on and he swiped my card to issue a refund then tells me it will be "a few days " to get the refund .. problem here I have a prepaid card which you have to have a reload card to load any money on it so I know I'll never see my 17$ again
