The sofa bed was in poor condition. Mattress pad was obviously unwashed. Breakfast is NOT free. $10 per person for muffins, cereal and toast…I think not Hot buffet was $19 per person. This hotel spacious. Our rate wasn’t bad but we overheard several people in the lobby complaining about their rate.

I had a wonderful experience while staying at this hotel. Very convenient to everything, Tanger Outlet, Walmart, restaurants, interstate. Everything you need is less than five (5) minutes away. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. Everything we needed was there.

The room was clean. The public areas in the hotel were dirty. The pillows are below average. Hilton removing the free breakfast as a perk for Diamond members and replacing it with a $10 credit has really made these hotels less attractive to stay in when the breakfasts are mediocre at best with no service. We’ve stayed at the hotel many times over the years but will explore better maintained ones in the area next time.

Stayed on my way to Connecticut from Florida. The room was good, but the restaurant was spot on. The reason I stay at Hilton Garden Inns is because. At the end of a long day of driving, I just want a decent meal at the hotel, before I turn in for the night. The restaurant staff here is awesome. Very attentive and the food is good. Excellent selection and well prepared. Thanks to the management! They are doing it right!

We stayed here for a few nights with our grandson. We stayed the night before we had an early morning flight & then again when we returned from our trip. The hotel provided complimentary transportation to the airport. Their shuttle service was good. We were able to reserve the time with the front desk the night before. We are diamond members so we received $20 in food credits every day & 2 bottles of water. First day we took the buffet. However the other day we ordered off of the ala carte menu. I preferred being able to order off of the menu. There was complimentary coffee provided in the lobby. The hotel was very clean. The staff were good. It was also quiet as this Hilton Garden is not right along side I95 so we didn't have any car noise.

This is a good hotel - modern, fresh, clean, comfortable, and with professional service at the front desk and throughout the hotel. It has an outdoor fenced pool that connects to the restaurant/bar area, and other outdoor seating areas. What surprised us after a long day of driving was how good the restaurant was. Terry, the bartender/waiter, took care of us. We ordered a small Caesar salad and a steak with two sides (included) for dinner. Split between us, it was more than the two of us could eat. The steak was flavorful and well-cooked - nicely seared and perfectly cooked to medium - but the side dishes were stand-outs. Chef Grace made everything from scratch. Don't by-pass the "vegetable medley": it bears no resemblance to the limp, previously-frozen dishes usually served up with that description. Instead, it was a lush pile of fresh, hand-cut vegetables grilled to sweetness (onions, zucchini, peppers). The mashed potatoes were obviously homemade, nicely softly lumped with bits of browned skins. If you are traveling in the region, there are other hotel/restaurants nearby. We recommend this one for your consideration.

Well for a points member, the service was ok, not one extra included, not breakfast, not one bottle of complimentary water and the price is ridiculous for what you get. Pillows were not of a good quality as well. Don't get much any more for your money.

The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Airport was fantastic. Miss Elle and Miss Angel and others at the front desk were professional, friendly, and great representatives of the hotel and the area. The hotel was clean, the fitness center was well equipped and the breakfast buffet was quite good. The building itself and the furnishings in the rooms need some updating but the positives, especially the fantastic staff, more than made up for the fact that the decor is a bit out of date.

First time at this HGI and we will definitely return. Angel at the front desk is outstanding. Made check in easy and got us into a room early so we could use their shuttle to the outlets. Drivers in both directions and to the airport next morning were terrific, even had the operations manager drive us back to the hotel as the regular diver had not yet started his shift. Entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. Truly great customer service. Food and server at the Garden Grill were great. Normally we stay downtown our entire stay, but with this HGi so close to the airport and outlets and with a very early flight, this worked very well. Next trip to Savannah, will be doing the same type of flight and stay at this HGI again.

(December stay) Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Airport for a night was just okay. The hotel is easily located off I-95 and felt very safe. The front desk staff was exceptional and provided a quick and pleasant check-in. The first room we were given had an intense perfume or room spray scent. Since I am sensitive to smells, we asked to be moved to a different room. They had no issue with that and by the time we got back down to the front desk, we had a new room assigned to us. The new room was fine for a one-night stay on a long drive to Florida. Besides a little wear and tear on the room, the major issue was the annoying loud air conditioner (under a window unit). It was incredibly loud and made for a rough night sleep. We will stay somewhere else next time.

Clean and consistent. Only stayed while traveling up and down the East Coast. Would stay again. On the second leg of the trip no bar soap was in the room but there was body wash. Great location and easy on and odd 95. Could use more food choices for those checking in late.

At first site you would think that your stay will be impressive, maybe in the lobby but that's as far as it goes. Our room appeared clean but really wasn't all that. We had two very large windows with power shades that one refused to work made sleeping that night very difficult. Exterior hotel lighting shown straight into our room when called front desk they sent the "airport driver"? who stated that they had called Home Depot and Loews but they would not respond to their request for measuring and fixing the problem. Not much of a remedy for us. I did write corporate to inform them of our concerns who immediately return communication. As usual they had to turn it back to the Hilton Garden and stated and reply should becoming 3 days later, and what appears typical over a week later still waiting for a response. Thought we would give this a try but for the price we will stay elsewhere when on the road. I forgot to mention NO BREAKFAST is included in your stay.

Awesome ! We stayed at this hotel for two nights & it was good. The check-in was quick. No issues. The room was clean & the bed very comfortable. All areas of the room were clean. There was a microwave & a hair dryer we well. The bathroom was clean. A good hotel !
