They need some seasoning and batter on the wings. I paid 16 for BBQ wings. Literally plain chicken drenched in BBQ. The gyro was okay like the one I had at Arby's. Someone needs to revise the recipe and this place would have higher ratings.

I've had Gyro Wrap once in 2022 and once again on today in 2024. Both of my visits were very disappointing. Upon my first visit, my meal was very bland and one dimensional. It lacked flavor and originality. Today, there was no difference. It's probably assumed that food within the mall food court should be fast and simplistic, but GW is too simple. Gyro Wrap is basically a mediocre version of Charley's Cheesesteaks minus the option for wings. This time I was hoping for a better outcome, especially for the price. Gyro Wrap will not be getting any more of my business, nor will I be referring any of my peers to them.

I ordered the Ultimate Fries... AWFUL!!! The Cheese tastes Like A Week Old Wax Fries were fresh out the Freezer!! Guy said they just changed it that Morning (Yeah Of Course...who is going to Admit to it not being Fresh)Took it back and Got another order WITHOUT CHEESE and Fresh Fries... Well that was useless... The Fries were Hot But the 2 drops of Ranch that was on it was not enough for a Toddler to enjoy!! I just gave up!!

Picked up a quick bite to eat here for lunch on a Friday. We had the lamb gyro which was delicious! Ordering time and making of food didn’t take long. Prices were fair. Plenty of seating within the food court area.
Great food and great customer service. I’ve been eating here ever since I worked in the mall in 2014.

Food was horrible, first of all the fries were kept in some bucket that wasn't even refrigerated or frozen the guy just grabbed them from under the bucket and threw them in the grease (unsanitary and disgusting) then they were not done all the way and the wrap tasted like regular Arby's meat (downgraded version) and then on top of that I didn't realize until I got all the way in my car that they didn't even give me a straw or napkins ??♀️ #HorribleRestaurant please go elsewhere and save your time and money !!!
