We’ve ordered from the Pooler location a few times now but the last 2 times we have not have a good experience. They have left toppings off the pizzas with our last 2 orders. Our order last night was absolutely awful - we paid $93 for 2 pizzas and an order of cheesy bread and the only decent item received was the cheesy bread. Toppings ordered were left off of both pizzas and the quality was beyond terrible - it looked like a toddler made the pizza. I tired to call the restaurant to discuss this matter before I left a review and unfortunately you can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I also sent an email as well, with no response. It is beyond frustrating to pay $93 for such poor quality and service! Do yourself a favor and buy a frozen pizza instead or go to another establishment.

We came here for the good reviews but were disappointed. The margarita pizza had no cheese and was tasteless. The other pizzas we ordered were just ok. Service was not enviting.

Went to this place for some lunch for the weekend went in happy and hungry, and left pissed off and still hungry. Was waited by the waitress Conner P, and she didn’t bring out no menus or napkins. Me and my gf ordered the calzones and cheesy bread. We waited for almost a 1hr and 30 mins for our food. When we got our food we didn’t even receive our appetizer which was the cheesy bread. The owner stated that they were way under staff because of St Patrick’s Day. Then the owner couldn’t offer me nothing, but a free alcoholic beverage which I didn’t want. They said that our cheesy bread got sent to another table and that I will have to wait longer for them. I had already finished my meal and didn’t want them afterwards. From the negative comments that the owner responded to, it doesn’t seem like his best interest is for the customer's, where he takes out his frustration on rather than his employees for not being better.

Went into the restaurant at 2:30 didn’t receive our food until 3:45. Ordered two calzones and a cheesy bread. Calzones came out first we were told that our cheesy bread went to a totally different Table. Our waitress Conner P. seemed like she was mad the entire time serving us. She even stormed out the front door to hit her vape. Came to our table once to check on us the entire two hours we spent there. The owner was there when telling him what had occurred his exscuse was that they were understaffed because of it being ST. Pattys day weekend… my only question is why he wasn’t there prior to pick up the extra work load so his buisness was clear of bad reviews and pissed off customers. We assumed he would atleast make our bill half the price for the bad experience but that did not happen. Instead he offered to buy us a drink….. which wasn’t something we wanted… why would we want to be in that place for any longer than what we were? It was the worse 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place sucks! I had high hopes and was excited to eat here for the first time and all it was, was disappointment. The food took over an hour to get and then on top of that our pizza had a burnt taste to it. We ordered meatballs also and those were good, but everything else about this place sucked. Our waitress was kind and did the best she could. Honestly I think there is just an issue with the kitchen. I won't eat here again.

It was our first time here. I normally don’t give 5 stars easily, but I could find no reason not to. Nice, lively, friendly atmosphere. Dog friendly with outdoor seating. We went on trivia night. Food was fair priced and tasty! Ingredients were very fresh.

There's not a lot of pizza places around pooler so I've eaten at green fire a handful of times but every time they get worse and worse. You will overpay, you will never get what you actually ordered, and you'll wait an eternity for it! The staff is comprised of children who either have no clue or no care. Their website is glitchy and doesn't update often so if you're ordering online check multiple sources to see what you might actually get (assuming they could get it right). And as you suffer through it all they blast the worst pop music so loud you can't even hold a conversation. There's so many things going wrong in this place that it honestly feels like a fever dream every time.

Came back to update my review. Even after finding plastic in our food we kept going back, cuz it really is damn good pizza. But the service, dine in or carry out is just insufferable. We got a text our order was ready and then waited 30 minutes after for our order. After waiting it wasn't even what we ordered. Turns out their online ordering on THEIR website is all messed up. The descriptions are wrong. Ordered one thing and got something completely different. Given them TOO many chances but won't be back again, not worth the hassle. And the pizza we did end up getting was bland.

Good Pizza, HORRIBLE SERVICE. I've tried this place a number of times, each time the service has been bad. I called placed an order for 1 slice and Greek freak salad, waited almost 45 mins after | arrived to pick up the order. A different time, on a Sunday (3/10) | called 11 times no answer. Literally 11 times, no kidding. At this point, I'm thinking they're closed, NOPE. Walked in, four people standing around talking. Again, good pizza but definitely not worth the trouble and the price. $15 for one slice of pizza, a Greek freak salad and side of bad customer service. Side note, as a small business owner I don't take lightly leaving a negative review but in business service matters.
