We recently moved to the neighborhood and after reading the reviews, we were skeptical about trying this place. I am so glad we did! Decided to order our usual favorites. Pupu tray and House Special LoMein. I ordered on-line and found out they old school deliver as well. We picked it up just to see how it would go. We were sincerely greeted by a smiling face and the food was delicious ?. Great prices and large portions. So happy to have found our new Chinese go to and right around the corner.

First and last time trying this place. It's bad. I ordered and I expected bad Chinese food. But there is good-bad Chinese food and there is bad, bad Chinese food. This was beyond awful bad Chinese food. No crab in the rangoons. The egg rolls were small with no pork. And no joke, I'm pretty sure the orange chicken was either cat, dog or rat. I'm hoping for cat. The fried rice that came with the "chicken" was basically yellow Spanish rice with raw diced onion in it.I'll make the drive to egg roll king from now on.

Happy China II is a pit stop for when you are in a pinch, need food fast and cheap, and don't want to spend a lot of money because you are not sure if you really want Chinese food or not then I would say this restaurant is that place. The service was friendly and fast. I ordered the shrimp fried rice and the chicken wings. I wings were fried well. The friend rice has quite a few shrimp in it, but it was not as flavorful as I would have expected. There seemed to be something missing and I couldn't figure out exactly what spice I would have liked to have on my taste buds other than salt and pepper. I guess I expected more in terms of a flavorful explosion. I wonder what some Chinese five spice powder would have done to that rice and those wings....hmmm But again, I can't complain much at all because they served enough food that was well worth the price. Another thing I would say about this place is that you definitely want to make sure you are on alert visiting this place. Do not let your guard down because you are deep down on the Eastside of Savannah near some dicey and dodgy neighborhoods so be careful! I may go here again one day. But it will be a while just because it's not in my range of motion.

I love this place food and service- they always follow the requests I put in when ordering online.Today was excellent as I asked for extra spicy on the Garlic Chicken and they rocked it!Ticket made me laugh too.Great Togo and portions are massive.

Alright so after this spicy beef lo mein I'm giving them 5-Stars for that dish but overall 4 for everything combined.I've had lo mein in Savannah and the South way more than a few times and was disappointed almost every time. But, whoever was on the wok 1.8.2023 and made this order around 7 maybe 7:15 you are amazing. The beef was tender and flavorful, the noodles were cooked perfectly, the seasoning of the sauce was the best I've probably ever had and they hit the spice level right on the nose!!Everything else I can do without, but this will be my go to dish with a side of spring rolls from here on out!

Chicken was cold and old and the sweet tea was sour it made me sick ….. when I took the order back she said no refund or no exchange for anything and continued to ignore me standing there asking for fresh chicken , she got mad then called the police on me and had me banned ??
Worst customer service ever. My food was an hour late and then the delivery driver had the nerve to yell at me over the phone. I called when my food was 30 minutes late and was told my address was "too far away". I am literally 0.5 miles away. But being verbally assaulted by their delivery driver was TOO much. I will never order from them again.

This place is awesome!! Don't let the rough part of town fool you, The freshest ingredients and huge chunks of chicken keep me coming back, the rice is so well made and did I mention the Orange chicken!! I stop by every time I go to Tybee and they never disappoint, prices are reasonable as well
