Drove 20+ miles for the hot ham and cheese, only to be told they are only accepting online orders. After 20 minutes, finally got the online order in and went back to drive thru to be told they didn’t get the order and to pull around. I gave the lady my phone at her request and she seen what I ordered and asked just a hot ham and cheese, replied yes as that is what was clearly on the order on my phone.
