Extremely slow service. Brought out food at wildly different times. Was very dismissive when we asked where our food was. The dish they brought out before everything was not hot anymore when served like 30 minutes before any of the sushi the other 3 of us at the table ordered. When that came out it was over a span of 10-15 minutes.
Love this place,been eating at Hiranos since 1998,lol. Food is excellent and hasn't charged since my first time. Service is aa good as it can be and the atmosphere is good too.
My only two issues I have is sometimes nobody answers the phone.Tried to call in a few pick up orders at times and nobody will pick up the phone.Also one of my favorites they took off the menu,which the appetizer fried calamari.
