The burgers were really good. The bacon cheese fries were good too. I did not like the chili cheese fries. The “chili “ was dry and it was more like chopped up burger patty. Overall, the customer service was great.

Hole in the Wall is where the magic happens. Everything around River Street closes around 10pm 10:30pm that's kid friendly. The service was very good, Zippy is Great and the food was worth the walk and I fed my family

Great place for some late night food in Savannah down on River Street. Zippy is a rockstar!! She is great at recommendations for late night entertainment. The food was delicious. We couldn't believe the weight of two burgers and fries as we walked away from the hole. Absolutely delicious!

Long story short, Hole In The Wall(H.I.T.W.) is:-Cheap-Burgers are amazing(just as good as 5 Guys, if not better) I think H.I.T.W. is better-Staff is friendly, awesome, and chill

it's so much more than "just a burger." I mean... that first bite-oh, what heaven that first bite is. The bun, like a sesame freckled breast of an angel, resting gently on the ketchup and mustard below, flavors mingling in a seductive pas de deux. And then... a pickle! The most playful little pickle! Then a slice of tomato, a leaf of lettuce and a... a patty of ground beef so exquisite, swirling in your mouth, breaking apart, and combining again in a fugue of sweets and savor so delightful. This is no mere sandwich of grilled meat and toasted bread, people. This is God, speaking to us in food.

The BEST burgers- seriously. My husband and I were in Savannah on our honeymoon and stumbled upon hole in a wall burgers when we were looking for some great late night eats. Subsequently every night of our trip we have been back- highly recommend the steak fries and double smash burger- it’s all delicious. Plus the attendant has always been so kind- 10/10 a MUST if you are craving delicious eats in Savannah

I recently order a burger here on Thursday June 3 at 7:25pm, the cashier was horribly rude and disrespectful when she took my order. The statement that she made was very unprofessional and truly uncalled for. This is the worst place to purchase food from because the customer service is horrible. The cashier was very flip when I asked about pricing and as customer who has been working Customer Service for over 10 years her response was absolutely un-called and should not be tolerated in the work place and customers should not ever be treated this way either. Worst customer service in the world.
Had their burger with mushrooms! Solid burger! Steak fry’s were fire! Took about 15-20 minutes for the food to be ready because it’s cool to order and the food was hot and delicious!!!! Will be back!
