The manager, Jordan and bartender Destiny made our evening football one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. So we are on vacation and went to watch Sunday football at 1pm, had a great time with our server Julia and the daytime bartender (dont know her name). We went back at 6 to watch the night games, I got served cranberry juice instead of vodka and soda. I went to the bar to ask to have a new one and got told off by the bartender and the manager (Jordan) had no remorse, didn't say sorry and didn't care that her employee was telling off a customer. I went back to my seat and ate my food and then my husband and I left. We were going to stay and watch all the night games but that ended that. And the manager never even came by anyone's table to check on anything. She stood talking g at the bar. The only saving grace was our adorable server, Destiny (different from the bartender). She apologized many times but the manager could care less. And I was still charged for my non alcoholic Vodka Drink, that was never corrected. Worst experience! And we are here for a week and we were going back tomorrow for Monday football. Not happening now!

This is one of my favorite Hooters locations. The food is always great. The service is quick and easy. And the girls working are always friendly and beautiful. It's also easy to get to right off of the interstate. You can't miss by coming here. Even the recent changes haven't affected anything. It's still great. The girls are still super friendly.

IT HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I Wouldn't know how the food tastes couldn't get any service with all the party. going on with the crowd that was drunk and the women that was working. I guess they was trying to work on that drunk tip $$$$. Manager didn't seem to give a damn that I was just sitting theren either. Smh. Not a good start to a new turnover GUYSSSSS.
P.S Dear district manager of this location. Maybe you should involve yourself more with this establishment.Two of your employees did not have a clue who you were or what your name was. And what was really sad is your manager couldn't even provide me your last name. Or maybe they know you're first and last name and just play games on provided it to unhappy customers so you're not contacted. EITHER WAY, I'LL DRIVE 30 MILES TO ANOTHER LOCATION BEFORE I EVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

I walk in and was greeted by the hostess to just be told to wait as they walked away. The restaurant was empty. The waitress across the room saw this and was dumbfounded. Atleast she realized that was stupid and seated me.
I ordered a beer that was served flat with a garnish that should have been thrown away a day or 2 ago.
This is the worst wings I ever had in my life. I would have sent them back but seeing the chef thought this was good to serve I wasn’t going down that road. Extremely over cooked. Parts of other wings had to be in the oil because it stuck to my wings.

Normally my experience is very pleasant but this night my server was more attentive with other patrons. I've been coming to this place for 5 years. Same time every year we always had good service but Taylor was more interested in the there gentleman behind me. Normally I go in there to see if some old servers were still in there. Been doing it for 5 years and I've always had great service. Don't get me wrong. Taylor was nice but she seemed to be more interested in another gentleman Went back tonight which is Tuesday night set at the bar. Katie was the bartender. I met her last year. She was in training. Nice as always. Very attentive and I did get a picture of her like I did last year so I give Katie five stars Christine was sick today but kept me happy Tay made up today for my 1st visit this year awesome service love them all she went out of her way today

We loved our experience here! Taylor was great, super sweet and attentive! Food was great, it was my first time trying the food and everything was yummy! The buy 10 wings get 10 wings Wednesday deal was a great bonus! I highly recommend the Thai chili flavor. To me, the shrimp was the best part of the dinner..SO GOOD!

Wings were amazing, as usual. Came on wednesday and they have buy 10 get 10 boneless free. Thats always a great deal. I had the most amazing server named Bre! From the start of the visit she was the most cheerful and sweet server I have had in a while at Hooters. He smile could.lightnup a room and her attention to the customers was just as amazing!

I would say they could lighten up on the breading just a touch. But again overall very good
This is to inform to the owner or whoever is running this place, please take some time and get some literate bartender and waitress because when we reach the place and I order for the drink first of all the waitress doesn’t know much about the alcohol but the thing is bartender is also dumb cause I asked for the Proper twelve whisky and Baileys Irish cream she directly said we don’t have it and we can see the bottles from the table and we customers have to say and show them that this is the whisky and all. And when we again came to our seat then again the bartender(KATIE) is literally dumb because again she mixed the Peg measures with whisky and Irish cream and she started arguing with us that the whisky is like this only. I highly recommend everyone please don’t go this place or if you all going please go and check everything from the bar counter..if the was no star I have given that also…
Only came for drinks, but my God… the second I came through that door at 9:30pm I was greeted by the most blinding bright lights… why is it so bright here?? it is extremely uncomfortable, I would have been more comfortable drinking in an 8am math lecture. This feels like the lights you ONLY turn on at last call, to make everyone hurry out of the place. But I don’t know, this is only the 3rd time I’ve been to one of these places, and by far the worst atmosphere yet, and for that matter top 2 worst restaurant atmospheres I’ve ever experienced. - a cool 29yr old dude (tried to take a photo but felt too awkward)

Went in on Sunday afternoon to watch some football and eat lunch. No hostess to greet me at the door. So, after standing at the front door awkwardly for a few minutes, I sat myself at the bar. 2 girls were standing behind the bar gossiping. They ignored me for 10 minutes. Then served another guest who had walked up and sat down a few seats away from me. I got up and walked out. Don't go here, it's a waste of time.
