I don’t eat at this establishment often, due to not living in the area, but when I am here to visit with my kids, we often come here. I have never been treat by the staff so rudely. It was clear they were not happy that we were there. We left shortly after we ordered our drinks and the waitress/manager clearly rolled her eyes and then complained to the hostess about where she sat us.

Of course it’s not the old Houlihan’s. It’s more like your generic lower-end sit-down place. The service was very good, with drinks kept filled. The side items were very good, too. But the entrees themselves were only average. Our booth seats were torn, with duct tape repairs that were old. The light on the wall at our booth was way too bright (and no, we aren't old fogys who complain). The cloth napkins seem to be polyester that don't absorb liquid. And the bathrooms on a Saturday at lunch obviously weren't cleaned since the day before, with full trash cans and wet floors.

Went there for my birthday meal. We were very disappointed. I usually get the chicken fingers entree and my husband gets the stuffed chicken breast. When we got the meal, my husband chicken was black on the outside (very burnt) and it was very dry. My chicken fingers, were very dry and very small this time. The last time they were very good sizes. The coating was very, very crisp When I took a bite I had to pull it hard to get the bite. I don't think we will be going back. We forgot to take a picture. I am surprised that they brought my husband chicken to us looking like it did.

Houlihan’s is a great restaurant with a relaxing, quiet atmosphere that makes it perfect for enjoying a meal without all the noise. The servers were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. Overall, a pleasant dining experience that I’d be happy to repeat
The bar tender refused me service because she thought I ordered my wine too loudly. The TV was blaring and my voice level was perfect for the noise level in the restaurant.

Houlihan’s is a gem! We were visiting for a track tournament and googled places to eat. The reviews were great so we decided to go. The Thai Chili wings were exceptional! Super tender and flavorful. The Kansas Burger was amazing! That first bite was phenomenal! The loaded baked potato didn’t need salt nor pepper; it was perfect as it was!! Even The ice in my tea was Good! Customer service was outstanding! I give this place 10 stars 🌟

The positive first, service was excellent. The stuffed chicken breast had good flavor and was extremely hot, which was a good thing as the mashed potatoes were lukewarm at best. The asparagus unfortunately was subpar, it was very thin and obviously dried out even before it was cooked. Half of it was inedible.

Visited this restaurant on 8/1/25 after 3 weeks on planning to go and I was disgusted. Waited 10 minutes to be seated because the host/manager had an issue with their POS system. Finally was seated on the other side of this hot restaurant where no one was. Went to the restroom and it was a mess(clean your sinks too). Came out and witnessed someone on the line scooping something from a cup onto someone’s plate without gloves. Went back to my table and refused to sit down as the cushioned seat was torn and sticky. Told my husband I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave so we did just that. Wasted anniversary lunch for us.
