Came here for breakfast. Was really excited about coming here. It was good not great. Not necessarily any complaints cause our food and service were good but nothing to brag about food and drink wise. The pecan butter for the French toast was delicious though. I don’t think we’ll go out of our way to come back for breakfast again. If we do it’ll be for dinner.

If you’re in town and want to try Shrimp and Grits, don’t get it from here. Extremely bland the shrimp tasted like they had been frozen.

The food was good and the menu has something for everyone, including kids. Our waiter didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the menu however which was odd…not sure if he was just new. Otherwise we had a good experience. The jambalaya pasta was good and a huge portion…enough for 2 people in my opinion.Kid-friendliness: Had a decent kids menu and nice crayons

Food was acceptable, but nothing special. We rarely order dessert, but we decided to splurge and try the highly touted beignets. They were very greasy and left me with an uncomfortable stomach. We did enjoy the view out over the river. Worst part were the restrooms. None indoors! We had to go outside to a portable bathroom set up beside the restaurant. And it was filthy!!
This restaurant is AMAZING !! We had the gumbo and shrimp etouffee and it was some of the best food we ever had! We will definitely be back when visiting. Best New Orleans home cooked food.

This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. We asked to sit outside as the view was beautiful and the weather was so nice! Our food was absolutely amazing! Everything tasted fresh and seasoned just right! Our service was spectacular! Everyone was so nice and on point! Note: the balcony above is not part of the restaurant.

So wife and I just stopped in for lunch, our server was great, we both had same meal. We got the French Onion Soup it was excellent , then we both got the crab cake and fries , the crab cake was good could have been little hotter and not as wet. I only gave a 4 star due to wetness of the crab cake and temp of it. But would we come back ?yes. Is it a little pricey not if your looking for a good atmosphere, great service and 4 star Crab Cake. We enjoyed it!!
