Today, Friday, February 14, arrived at the IHOP location and I am surprised because they are not open.
Doors closed and no one is there, where it is supposed to be open 24 hours or open at 6, but without 6 o'clock and no one is there.

A lighter skin toned lady with dreads named latisha was my server although it was only her and the cook the service was a 10/10 received my food within a timely manner it was fresh & delicious she was also polite & very patient

This IHOP was terrible food was horrible service was horrible wait time was horrible there was not enough staff the eating area was dirty, I will not recommend this IHOP to anyone.
I heard it was under new management, came on a Sunday at noon and was able to sit immediately. I had the country fried steak and was disappointed to find it was the microwave kind for $16. The green beans didn’t come with the sauce as described on the menu, then was told they had none at all. The waitress was young and did not seem to be experienced, yet they were double seating him. He was not rude, but you can tell he was not having a good day either.

Was literally the only customers in the restaurant and it took half an hour to get our food...when we were setat our table the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other...my wife asked our waitress if they could turn down the music...it was never turn down...would not recommend this place at all...
IHOP is okay, I don't mind eating breakfast there.
