Ordered tea. Tea never came. Food got delivered, reminded waiter. Tea never came. Ate my entire meal- no two bite check, no manager checking on tables, no tea. Server brought out food that was questionable (he asked if my sausages were too overcooked, rather than making it right before it left the kitchen). To end the meal, I had a random person, either an on-coming server or a customer dressed in black, come to my table and ask if I had change for a $10.
Wasn’t expecting much from ihop, but goodness gracious.

I was really disappointed with this restaurant, which was once a favorite of our church group. The quality of the food has decreased significantly, and the service was extremely poor, especially considering the large church group we were with. Our orders were mixed up, and it was quite frustrating.

Saturday at 10 a.m., 2 adults, 3 kids. Waited 45 minutes for the order. They didn't have apple juice when we ordered, but had apple juice when we were trying to leave. They didn't have french toast sticks, we discovered this when they brought our food. The protein pancakes were replaced with their regular pancakes (near as we could tell). A plate of eggs, hash browns and sausage showed up along with a plate of toast, we didn't order these items. The check was incorrect and I've already waited 20 minutes to get it resolved. The people are nice enough but it is apparent there is little to no urgency in how they work or direction from management. If you are prepared for a multi-hour experience and bring cash so you can drop it on the table and leave this is right for you. For all others go anywhere else if you value your time or peace of mind. You have been warned ⚠️.

This place is extremely unorganized. I sat and watch two waiters decline to serve me because they had “too many” tables. As I was about to be sat one waitress told the manager that she couldn’t serve me because she was behind. I watched two waiters decline to serve me. I will never return to this establishment.

I really was hopeful this would be a good experience, but...no. Food was cold, one of the pancakes leathery it had sat around for so long. The omelette was lukewarm. Hashbrowns came 15 minutes after the other food - I had to remind the waitress I had ordered them; when they came they were warm but meager, half what should have been a regular order. They were obviously short on staff, although many booths were open. Obviously they were inundated with lunch pickup orders which overwhelmed the kitchen. Will be sometime before I consider returning.

I dined At this location with my family over the weekend and I must say I was very pleased with the food and Service ! As someone who works in food service I have to say What an experience ! Our food came out quick and hot ! Our server Kenya P. Was awesome she was very attentive and even took the time to joke with me and my family and made the baby smile ! We will visit your location again when visiting Savannah , 10/10 . Thank you Kenya !

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were seated, served, and able to enjoy our meal. Omelets are one of my favorite dishes, so I tried the sampler—and it was just right. I left feeling satisfied, not too full or too hungry. And best of all, the price was under $10!

I went to this location today and the staff is awesome. The cook which was Wayne he made my meal and it was delicious also shout out to leia the manager for keeping everything in order. I wanted to definitely include Dennis he's amazing polite and quick on his feet. They were All a team that works well together. Will be going back again soon. Thanks Guys.

I don’t give out 1 stars often, but this may be the slowest service you’ll receive in Savannah. Doesn’t matter if you’re in-person, or ordering delivery, I’ve never waited less than an hour and a half for my food. And then the food is often dry or incorrect. Would not recommend.
