Walked in with a party of 3 the hostess was rude from the moment we walked in. She walked us to the table, drinks came out fast. We ordered our food and the same hostess was our server, Aaliyah, was dismissive until I asked for her name. Food came out. Never came to check on us and the food was party incorrect. I got the attention of another server Heather and she was amazing 10/10 customer service and fixed the issue in 2 seconds. Thank you Heather and I hope Aaliyah has a better day next time and can give customer service. She didn’t check in not once on us and walked by us and cleaned the tables on either side and didn’t acknowledge us at all.

Only one person working. He told us to mobile order because the dining room was closed, which was posted no where. He then proceeded to use the restroom, help two door dashers, take a smoke break, and another restroom break before coming out stating they forgot our order and are starting it now. He then asked for our help understanding what the ticket says, to which I showed him our mobile receipt. Our order then came out with an incorrect item and no sides of jelly. Almost an hour of waiting for food for two people when we were the ONLY other people in the building.

The food was absolutely delicious! The staff obviously are used to be stretched thin. Don’t be concerned if staff aren’t available immediately. I’m sure they have cameras in the front but don’t hesitate to call out for help. They’ll come right away. Everything was delicious
