By far one of the worst experiences as a customer in a restaurant, we waited about 5-10 min for someone to notice us while they’re standing in the back, we had 3 people for breakfast and they tried seating us in a small booth for 2. My dad proceeded to go get something out of the car and they were making smart remarks in the kitchen we immediately got up and left

best Ihop experience I've ever had, dined in at around 10PM on Thanksgiving, service was incredible, food was amazing. I don't know if it was Sean or Shawn, or how it was spelled, but they were amazing. Been super busy and just now getting a chance to write this. Keep on being awesome.

Got food to go on thanksgiving day, manager and cooks were only ones there at the time, and the manager was the one who took order and was very helpful towards my autistic friend that was ordering. The cooks got his food spot on so his food allergies did not get triggered.

We went here in Thanksgiving Day '25. They only had 2 servers & 1 other young lady out front. The older server for kind of nasty with the younger server. She also wasn't overly friendly to her larger table of guests of a different ethnicity. The younger server was a bit meek, but friendly.

The food was marginal at best.

Food was good, glad to see it open now. In the past it would randomly be closed, even though the signs said it should be open. All in all it was a pretty good meal. Staff was a little too attentive, but I am the kinda person that just wants to be left alone. The server tried to spark up a conversation a few times. Manager came by twice. They were nice people, just not what I wanted. Wish silent service was something you could ask for. Lol

This particularly IHOP restaurant served tasty food, but it was so cold in there. The food was luke warm to cold so eat it quickly. Service was just ok, it could have been better. Prices are decent. The atmosphere was ok. My overall impression is it could have been better for such a well known brand. A focus group that can provide feedback to improve weakness in a overall operation.

My server Kayla was amazing she was very fast paced with everything regarding my family of 6 overall excellent service from the young lady they was packed so it was kinda quite a wait for our meals but food was so delicious we will definitely come see you guys again

Extremely slow to be seated. When we arrived they said 15-20 minute wait which was a lie. The wait to be seated was 50 minutes. The host was saying the same time frame for everyone and many others left after waiting about 20 minutes. We stuck it out and were finally seated. We got our food within 15 minutes of ordering, but the cheese in the omelet didn't taste good. It had an odd putting flavor and didn't enjoy it at all. I'm pretty sure it was the cheese sauce in the omelette. I doubt I will return and suggest more people be hired or more accurate times given upon arrival.

My family is staying at a hotel just down the street. I tried to place an order for pickup on the app, but three different cards got declined, so I drove down to place a to-go order inside. I received a menu and waited at the counter for over 5 minutes before the hostess returned to take my order. I placed the order and I'm still waiting almost an hour later as I write this. There is one family dining in. There have been 4 people waiting for to-go orders. The 4th person was asked to wait 10 minutes before placing his order to allow the kitchen to catch up. As far as I could tell, there was the one hostess/server and one cook in the kitchen. The hostess/server kept disappearing into the kitchen for long periods and the family dining in was having to yell into the kitchen to get her attention for things they needed. I wanted to tell her to give me a refund so I could leave and feed my kids, but she was hiding in the kitchen and I couldn't get her attention until my order had been started. It was freezing inside and the lights in the ceiling were falling out..which I wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't waiting an hour for food. Still waiting on 11/7/25 at 7:50 PM with a husband and two hungry kids waiting. This is insane.

would give 10 stars if i could! the cook was very kind to make our order even though we came in about 25min before closing, the food was amazing, the manager Sean was very kind very attentive! probably one of the cleanest ihops ive ever been to! overall best store ! definitely recommend stopping by!

Average at best. Restaurant was extremely understaffed fir a Sunday morning. No buser and only 2 wait staff. No food runner either. The wait staff were excellent and friendly but just overwhelmed with the number of customers. Food was average and lukewarm (see no food runner). Front end manager was friendly and accommodating but again just had to work with low staff level.
