Island Daiquiri is the best bar on the island. Best bar in Savannah hands down. The food is excellent - you have to get the wings. The bartenders are friendly and hilarious. The environment is divey (my favorite), and it’s been the most welcoming place I’ve been since moving here. If you’re into fancy drinks and a downtown vibe and want to complain about a chill dive bar environment, then you should skip this one. Or come on in and be pleasantly surprised at how much nicer...
Best bar on Wilmington. Only one I ever go to when I do make it to the islands, and I live in SC. Very welcoming environment. Also, Heidi is always fun to talk with and drink with. Just meet her a couple weeks ago and I'd only go in if she's working.
