Jalapenos Mexican Grill

Sorry I forgot to take pictures, but our neighborhood Jalepenos is always busy, with room for more. Our food was hot and delicious. Service with Juan was great. Everything from chips, salsa, cheese dip, soup, Texas fajita nachos were the best. Staff are friendly too.

We give them another chance time after time but always wish it was better. Everything tastes the same, just presented in different shapes, and there's way too much salt in all of the food.

We had the meal delivered via doordash. I had the Texas nachos and they were fantastic. Not complaining but one order can easily feed 2 adults. Y’all check them out!

The atmosphere was nice, but the service was just alright, and the food was only okay. I tried the lunch burrito deluxe, which wasn't great and the rice wasn't good either. We asked to swap the chicken for vegetables, and they charged $3 for it. Regarding the service, our waitress seemed to be just going through the motions; it didn't feel like proper, attentive service.

It’s a weird vibe in here for certain people- I didn’t care for the passive aggressiveness from some of the staff here to POC.

I got a steak and it was not good. Overcooked and dry. I hadn’t been here in a while and I won’t be back. The service was good but the good was just not it.

When we cook Mexican at home we add cumin, chili powder, garlic and onion, etc. But when we eat here they must not use anything! Why?

Food is always good. We always set out side because I wish the building wasn't so loud.

The location in sandfly was out go too every week for years.Just recently they have changed the menu and raised the prices which is understandable and fine if the service and food was still consistent.The last three times we have had the slowest most inattentive customer service that we had to ask where our server was.Twice are order was taken wrong with the wrong item being served to us and they acted like it wasn’t there fault.Twice! it happened.I always order fish fried chimichanga and it is always whole filet fried and this last time it was over fried bits that made me sick after.My friend ordered fajita nachos he was given fajitas that was 3 more dollars.We were given a margarita and waited 5 minutes for a straw.Than when food arrives they completely ignore us. This was only the last time,this happened almost the same way the last 3 times.We are so sad that our safe place that we always relied on to be consistent is now on our never return list. I have not seen a manger there all three times this has happened.

This is a place you come to kick back, relax and enjoy the authenticity of Mexican cuisine. The GM Frank is a top notch h guy and will cater to your needs and the owner Allen is a very friendly guy. The staff is phenomenal and the food is great
