Came from Atlanta to visit my daughter. This us my second time at Jalapeños. First tome was carry out, this time was dine in. Felipe the server was very rude, sarcastic like I was crazy or something. He brought the wrong order for my mom and refused to say tour welcome or be polite common courtesy in response to my courtesy. Manager did little to rectify the situation and did not check back with our party after my complaint.Felipe attended to 2 other tables instead of extending courtesy to my party. Beware of this place. I will not be back.

I grew up in Savannah and remember when this location opened. I always come back here when I can and I am in town. It's always pretty good. The salsa is always tasty and the chips are great. The steak was a little chewy last time. The worst part is something they will need to deal with. In the last two visits, both times, there has been someone at their table watching videos or playing music at full volume on their phones. I know the staff are already tired of it, one of them gave me a look like, if I say something then you know it's going to be a mess, but you all need to just ask them to leave. If they don't know that doing that is wrong in public then....it's not your fault at all. I will be back. Wish you would bring back the street menu with the Carne Asada Flank Steak that was so good a while back.

The food was horrible. There were 4 of us, one person sent the food back immediately because it looked terrible. The chicken and steak on the Texas rice was chewy, the tacos were greasy, and the chimichanga was like it was one whole piece of chicken in it, not shredded. Then the manager refused to take any off, barely anything was eaten. The waitress knew it, even stated that she doesn’t eat there and brings her own food from home. I would avoid this at all costs. Other jalapeños in the area are great, this one though, No.

The location in sandfly was out go too every week for years.Just recently they have changed the menu and raised the prices which is understandable and fine if the service and food was still consistent. The last three times we have had the slowest most inattentive customer service that we had to ask where our server was.Twice are order was taken wrong with the wrong item being served to us and they acted like it wasn’t there fault.Twice! it happened.I always order fish fried chimichanga and it is always whole filet fried and this last time it was over fried bits that made me sick after. My friend ordered fajita nachos he was given fajitas that was 3 more dollars. We were given a margarita and waited 5 minutes for a straw.Than when food arrives they completely ignore us. This was only the last time, this happened almost the same way the last 3 times. We are so sad that our safe place that we always relied on to be consistent is now on our never return list. I have not seen a manger there all three times this has happened.

Tasty food and good portion sizes. This location a relatively intimate location, I recommend no more than 4 people in your party. I had a party of 5 adults, 2 kids. They seated us fairly quickly but then ignored us for roughly 15-20 minutes. Once they started serving us, service was normal but the initial wait was a bit much.

Uhg, they changed the menus, which means they changed the prices too!? No more speedy Gonzales! The chips seem different also, like generic tortilla chips that are thick. Salsa is still the same. I'm disappointed they don't have speedy anymore...

This place used to be very good. They’ve now rearranged the menu, it’s hard to understand. They’ve changed how they make certain items and they’re definitely not a quality or tasty as they used to be. Also my waitress was very extremo rude to me last time

Heard great things about this restaurant and my son decided to pick it for his birthday tonight. We saw our server twice. Once for the order and once to drop off the food. We had to go to the front desk to check out. My other son didn't get the correct order so just filled up on chips because our server never came back. Food was good enough, but honestly wouldn't go back due to the lack of service.

Shame on the owner for raising the prices I’ll never be eating at a single jalapeños again and I will make sure everyone I know knows that the owner Is a greedy Price Gouger
