Today I had lunch at this location with my family. I must say that this place is always my go to for a nice settle lunch. The crew here are very friendly and knowledgeable about the items. I look forward to coming back again and brining more family and friends.

Best restaurant ever don’t slip go get it ASAP

Don’t order curbside they don’t come out. And when you call as the sign says they say to go to the drive-thru. I wait and nobody comes thru the speaker, so I think maybe they will be at the window. Nope, so I wait and nobody comes to window. I park and go inside there are no customers inside. I ask what happened I been waiting in drive-thru because you told me to go there. Apparently the drive thru person said they didn’t hear anything?! I won’t be ordering takeout here anymore.

I’ve give this place like three chances to not suck. It fails every time. The first time I got major attitude for not asking for a soup bowl when I ordered soup. I let that go, thinking okay, maybe it was a bad day. The second time I brought my wife and the lady was absolutely over the top offended that my wife asked about our daughter’s food after waiting 15 minutes. This lady was so unprofessional and actually was shit talking to others behind the counter about it. I literally thought my wife was going to get into a fight. The last time was today. I walked in there because my favorite Asian restaurant next door was closed for some reason. I stood at the counter. Nothing. I waited five minutes. Nothing. There were employees there, they just didn’t acknowledge I existed. After waiting a minute or two more I left. Jason’s Deli is a good franchise, the food is good, and the salad bar is great, but you have to run your franchise well, and this one is not run well. Even when the owner is there, the employees are unprofessional. It needs a major employee revamp, but it’s too late for me, I’m done.

They completely got my order wrong, they charged my grandma for a full sandwich when she didn’t even order one and then they got my mom order wrong, they gave her wheat bread when she’s allergic to it. She told them. Then she went up to ask if it was ready and they completely ignored her and said that they wasn’t even cooking it .

The cleanliness of this Jason's Deli location was immaculate. I'd eat off the floor if I could 😂. But even more so, the customer service from the team was very welcoming and warm. I'd absolutely return for another visit!
