I’ve give this place like three chances to not suck. It fails every time. The first time I got major attitude for not asking for a soup bowl when I ordered soup. I let that go, thinking okay, maybe it was a bad day. The second time I brought my wife and the lady was absolutely over the top offended that my wife asked about our daughter’s food after waiting 15 minutes. This lady was so unprofessional and actually was shit talking to others behind the counter about it. I literally thought my wife was going to get into a fight. The last time was today. I walked in there because my favorite Asian restaurant next door was closed for some reason. I stood at the counter. Nothing. I waited five minutes. Nothing. There were employees there, they just didn’t acknowledge I existed. After waiting a minute or two more I left. Jason’s Deli is a good franchise, the food is good, and the salad bar is great, but you have to run your franchise well, and this one is not run well. Even when the owner is there, the employees are unprofessional. It needs a major employee revamp, but it’s too late for me, I’m done.

They completely got my order wrong, they charged my grandma for a full sandwich when she didn’t even order one and then they got my mom order wrong, they gave her wheat bread when she’s allergic to it. She told them. Then she went up to ask if it was ready and they completely ignored her and said that they wasn’t even cooking it .

The cleanliness of this Jason's Deli location was immaculate. I'd eat off the floor if I could 😂. But even more so, the customer service from the team was very welcoming and warm. I'd absolutely return for another visit!

First time visiting this Deli and the New York Yankee with corned beef and pastrami was too die for!!! I added Swiss cheese and sauerkraut making it a Reuben. 4 times more meat than McCalister's and 20 times better. Plus I had hot broccoli and cheese soup not lukewarm as the other before mentioned chain.😁
Ordered at 11:25am. Took us over 30 minutes to get our food. There were only 5 people in front of us and 2 of them had salads. Nobody else was in the restaurant when we came in. Employees didn’t care and had attitude when customers complained that food was taking forever to come out. No apologies or anything. Told someone that had a salad that they could just reuse the same plate for seconds. Terrible service and the employees couldn’t care less. Won’t be back.

We really enjoyed our meal here. The manager Jay was extremely nice and very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and didn't mind explaining things if we had questions... Now let's get to the rest of this visit... The establishment was very clean and tidy. The service was amazing and the food... GOOD GRAVY THE FOOD WAS ON POINT! We have eaten here before, and it's never let us down.. Let's not forget the yummy salad and all the ice cream your heart and belly can hold. If you haven't been here, then you need to go in and try it for yourself. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.. 😁
