The staff is friendly and helpful every time and the store is clean. The treats look nicer than they taste. The atmosphere is somehow a letdown, especially compared to the happy, bright appearance of the previous frozen yogurt shop that was in the same space.

Poor customer service! I just came from there with my family and kids ordered and paid and my order was wrong, then was told they have to do a refund that I didn't ask for and employees started arguing with a paying customer and I wasn't upset until I noticed how long we had to wait for our order! Management needs to train employees about customer service especially when kids are present!!!!!

amazing girls tonight!! me and my boyfriend came in on 8/16 around 7:50, there was only one other table with people but after we ordered people starting filing in, my swirl cone was delicious but they forgot about my boyfriends gelati for a good ten mins, i politely asked the girls up front about it and she immediately apologized, offered compensation and make it immediately! sweet, patient girls! will definitely be back

My first Italian Ice! I had the strawberry shortcake. Yummy! The kids had Oreo and blue raspberry. Great place for kids.
This place is delicious! Not what I expected mixing Italian ice and icecream. It was worth a try and I’m glad we did! The staff was very friendly. They explained everything to us because it was our first time. They were patient and I love the fact that they let you try samples! We will be returning.
