Jersey Mike's Subs

Please remember to ask for Mike's special sauce. It really enhances the taste of the sandwich. I forgot and my sandwich was so dry. I had to add jalapeño sauce to bring out flavor.

Great customer service! The girl with the braces knows what she’s doing and was really nice. Everything was made right for me. 10/10, I’ll be back for my #43 go-to sub! 😊

I went in for a sub and the manager was freaking out. The dude was tweaking and bucking at and cussing out a literal kid working there. Only one female employee tried to get him to stop and let him know the kid was crying. The girl ended up walking out and leaving, understandably so. As an adult, it’s shocking seeing a grown man treating a teenage girl like that. Definitely won’t be back.

They suck at making the actual sandwich. Barely any toppings, I got three pickles and four jalapeños on a giant sub. I wanted mikes way and they forgot. I love jersey mikes and this location broke my heart.

The customer service at the Jersey Mike’s off of Abercorn was amazing. We had over 20 orders get delivered.

This place was so filthy. There were many ceiling vents with black mold on them. The floor was filthy. The tables were dirty. The floor behind the counter in the food prep area was dirty. There were stacks and stacks of boxes near the door exiting the restaurant
the server was Obviously, in a foul mood, never smiled and seemed like she really did not want to be there!! there was a pile of cut up meat, just sitting on top of some plastic covered meat in the deli case uncovered!!!!
The food inspector needs to show up here immediately!!!

I'll never eat Subway again... This place makes amazing subs! Freshly sliced meat and cheese. The subs I got were overloaded with all the goodies I had chosen.

I walk in at 845pm, wanted to place an order but was told that they can only do cold items. Store hours say open till 9pm, which should mean all items are available for purchase correct? No where does it say we stop serving specific items 15 minutes prior to close. I run a business and my store hours are what they are, and we sell all items until we lock the doors. Might as well post your hours to say closed at 845. Grill is broken down, cold side is broken down, not enviting to anyone. Employees more concerned about closing than taking care of a customer that helps writes their paycheck. Maybe employees should be coached that vs trying to get out fast. I understand labor constraints, but sales solves all problems, but if the culture is to turn away business by not providing your full menu then maybe you should advertise it that way. I love your product, but things like this turns away not only my business but potential future business. Good quality customer service is hard to find. And I didnt find it at your location.

This jersey Mike is the best one that I’ve ever gone to! The staff is so kind and polite and the manager is incredible! He is so concerned with the customer and making sure everyone is satisfied that he goes way beyond expectations!

Had two subs delivered today , I had to literally look for the tuna on one of them , same happened last week when a tall woman took our order at this location .
