Jersey Mike's is pricey, but I pay it because their subs are normally very good. About a month ago, a young man made my Ham & Provolone sub so sloppy & wrapped it so loosely that it was a big mess when I got home. He had only put 2 layers of ham. I called & the female manager was immediately rude. I told her I had been calling for hours, but no one would answer. She literally got loud & said they are busy with orders in the morning & she had been instructed by her manager not to answer the phone. When I asked why she was speaking to me so rudely, she did somewhat change her tone. She said the meat should have been weighed. She did replace the sub. I usually get a sub once a week from this location. Today, a young woman made my sandwich. She made it just as poorly as that young man did with only 2 slices of ham. She did not spread the ham & cheese all the way to the end of the bread & started doing the toppings the same way. I asked if she could put more lettuce on the ends because it was just bread with nothing on it. I did not feel like training her how to make the sandwich & then she proceeded to wrap the sandwich very loose. I just didn't say anything to her because I am not her manager. I do not plan to return to this location even though it is close to my home. There is another location across town that I will try. Management needs to observe the way the employees are making the sandwiches & how they are being wrapped. Customers are paying good money & should not have to supervise every detail.

This is by far one of the worst jersey mikes I’ve been to. The quality control is pathetic. If I don’t order “extra” meat, I’m given only one layer of turkey and shotty patches of roast beef. This is the Club Supreme. Nothing about this is supreme. Seriously pathetic.

Worst one I've been to!!! I ordered ahead of time online just to have to wait 25 minutes and literally had to watch them make everyone's food that walked in after me. No one spoke when you walked in, or asked if i need assistance with anything. Never coming back.

Ordered online a little over an hour before the pickup time. Got here about five minutes early and they hadn’t even started on the order. Then they ran out of white bread and had to bake some more so we ended up getting our food over 20 mins late. What’s the point in ordering ahead if you’re just going to have to wait an extra 20 mins for them to make it? Seems like they need to work on time management and planning ahead.

Conveniently located coming back from Tybee Island. We ordered a giant #9 and used points for free sub. Sandwich was delicious and service was decent. Place was clean with plenty of seating. Follow us @WanderingParents

Husband came into the store to extremely long line while the employees work only online orders. Once it was his turned the girl gave extreme attitude when he ordered a Philly and asked for no mushrooms. She snapped and stated they don’t put mushrooms on their sandwiches. He just stated it because of an allergy he has and most Phillys come with mushrooms. We will not be back. Absolutely disgusting and horrible customer service to your in store customers.

1st sub, way too much meat & no mayo, 2nd sub a mess, too much lettuce, no oil & vinegar and wrong chips. They don't pay attention & don't care when errors are brought to their attention.

I joking wrote "douse that bad boi with Chipotle mayo" in the comment portion and got this message back. I can confirm the sub was indeed doused. It's always a 10/10 experience ordering here.
