Husband came into the store to extremely long line while the employees work only online orders. Once it was his turned the girl gave extreme attitude when he ordered a Philly and asked for no mushrooms. She snapped and stated they don’t put mushrooms on their sandwiches. He just stated it because of an allergy he has and most Phillys come with mushrooms. We will not be back. Absolutely disgusting and horrible customer service to your in store customers.

awful customer service, waited over 75 minutes for a SANDWICH. extremely rude every time we asked how long the wait would be. the girl in charge was rude to the customers AND her fellow coworkers. people were walking in and getting their sandwiches immediately. avoid this location and go somewhere else, don’t waste your time and energy dealing with their inability to perform their job.

Walked in to place a counter order. There were several people in line ahead of me and none of the counter associates acknowledged the waiting guests. There were also several people waiting in the restaurant for the orders they already placed. All of the staff were making sandwiches and not acknowledging the growing line. I asked one gentleman behind the counter if they were taking walk in orders. He said they were but they were backed up with catering orders. When he asked my order, a staff member informed him there were several other walk in orders ahead of mine they had not fulfilled yet. Since the entire staff was occupied with catering orders, I asked if they could have one team member focus on walk in orders. I was told that was not possible since they were so backed up with catering orders and the staff only had the line one to work on since it is a small store. I left without an order, as did several other customers. The party in front of me had been waiting for 45 minutes. Terrible management and customer service.
