I am here at 3:30 on a Friday. Sekena (I hope I spelt her name right) did a fabulous job. Beautiful sandwhich making, great costumer service. She really deserves it all. Thank you!

Walked in to place a counter order. There were several people in line ahead of me and none of the counter associates acknowledged the waiting guests. There were also several people waiting in the restaurant for the orders they already placed. All of the staff were making sandwiches and not acknowledging the growing line. I asked one gentleman behind the counter if they were taking walk in orders. He said they were but they were backed up with catering orders. When he asked my order, a staff member informed him there were several other walk in orders ahead of mine they had not fulfilled yet. Since the entire staff was occupied with catering orders, I asked if they could have one team member focus on walk in orders. I was told that was not possible since they were so backed up with catering orders and the staff only had the line one to work on since it is a small store. I left without an order, as did several other customers. The party in front of me had been waiting for 45 minutes. Terrible management and customer service.

We went to Jersey Mike's tonight and got there at 7:56pm and was told they were closed. One of the employees looked at the other and said really. Then I looked at their hours and, they are opened till 9pm. Their lost, we were getting 3 large sandwiches and plus tip, but instead I went home and cooked a delicious meal and saved us the money on take out. I'm originally from NJ, Point Pleasant to be exact and Peter Cancro would be very disappointed on how this Jersey Mike's treated a paying customer.

No point in doing an online order they never have it done when it’s supposed to be done. I normally end up waiting at least 30 minutes after the pick up time.

Love me some Jersey Mike's! Had a great experience today thanks to a super friendly staff member. Dee welcomed me right as I entered and was great about communicating with me and my mobile order. She prepared it perfectly and even offered me free chips as an apology for the brief wait. Thanks for being awesome Dee!
