The place is like walking into Hell. Outside the smell, the screaming ghetto music playing at a thousand decibels is awful. It destroys the business at the nail salon on the left and the Jimmy John's on the right. It is ridiculous. Why an owner would allow such screaming filth is beyond me. Enter at your own risk.

Cheapest veggie sub in the business. Exactly 3 pieces of tomatoes, 3 pieces of cucumber, tiny handful of lettuce. Glad to not order here again

Always fresh and on time. I always call in my order before leaving home and 10 minutes later it is always ready and waiting for me

Ordered for curbside and followed the instructions in email to tell them I was there. Never brought order outside to me. After waiting 20 mins in my car I finally went inside and was told my food was on the pick up shelf. They clearly ignored what the ticket said and just refused to bring food out. Also 3 slices of turkey on an unwich for $11 is foul. I’ll be sticking with jersey mikes even though they don’t have an unwich option - the quality is much better there.

There's always an issue at this Jimmy John's either they don't take cards they have no bread they have no meat Also went there yesterday the bread was so hard I had to transfer all the sandwich fixings on to bread from the house this is ridiculous Then I try to put in my rewards they say they already rung me up and I can't Think I'm just gonna have to find out more reliable sandwich place

I didn't finish ordering before sandwich was made and ready to go. I ate tiny sandwich just as quick. Total dining time. 24 seconds. 29 minutes and 36 seconds for smoking and tik-tok on my lunch break. Indigestion 2 hours 4 minutes.

Vegetarian options: Just pick a sandwich and say "86" the meat buddy. This reduces sandwich prep time to 4 seconds and your heart healthy!

My husband and I ate here for lunch. While ordering our food, both the old guy and the female employee paid no attention to us when we tried to order. Old guy acted like he was too busy stashing cookies at the front of the register and the female employee was on her phone and gave us some attitude because she actually had to get off her phone and do her job. Not to mention she was digging inside her shirt while handling food and she was wearing pajama bottoms. 10/10 would not recommend eating here unless they get fired. Also the bathrooms were downright repulsive.

Once the cashier Finally walked up to the counter she did not say a word and just expected us to order.(Very strange) then once taking our order she was on her phone a never made eye contact. Once we rounded the corner to get our drinks, we realized she was wearing pajama pants. And then the other guy working there completely ignored us because he was stashing the cookies. Would it kill you to pay attention to the customers that pay your salary and dress appropriately for the job ?

I called to ask questions, as ive never eaten here before, regarding and online order i was going to place. I was hung up on three times for simply asking what was the difference between the types of sandwiches. I was accused of having an attitude for asking what was on the vito as it did not specify on the website. I spoke with Alexandra who states she was the manager. I never raised my voice, or spoke out of character… so was confused when she said i was being rude. Guess I will never have the Jimmy John experience, because if asking a simple question is deemed as being rude, youre in the wrong industry.
