My husband and I ate here for lunch. While ordering our food, both the old guy and the female employee paid no attention to us when we tried to order. Old guy acted like he was too busy stashing cookies at the front of the register and the female employee was on her phone and gave us some attitude because she actually had to get off her phone and do her job. Not to mention she was digging inside her shirt while handling food and she was wearing pajama bottoms. 10/10 would not recommend eating here unless they get fired. Also the bathrooms were downright repulsive.

Once the cashier Finally walked up to the counter she did not say a word and just expected us to order.(Very strange) then once taking our order she was on her phone a never made eye contact. Once we rounded the corner to get our drinks, we realized she was wearing pajama pants. And then the other guy working there completely ignored us because he was stashing the cookies. Would it kill you to pay attention to the customers that pay your salary and dress appropriately for the job ?

I called to ask questions, as ive never eaten here before, regarding and online order i was going to place. I was hung up on three times for simply asking what was the difference between the types of sandwiches. I was accused of having an attitude for asking what was on the vito as it did not specify on the website. I spoke with Alexandra who states she was the manager. I never raised my voice, or spoke out of character… so was confused when she said i was being rude. Guess I will never have the Jimmy John experience, because if asking a simple question is deemed as being rude, youre in the wrong industry.

Overall kinda dirty restaurant. The bathrooms were filthy. There was only one guy working when we went in and he was trying his best to keep up. Food was ok. The veggies were a little soft and they were out of several toppings as well as jimmy mustard and only had regular mustard in the packets.The sweet tea made me giggle though. There was sweet tea and also “accidentally also sweet” tea.I am highly disappointed the Pooler location is closed and this is now the closest one to me.

We ordered two sandwiches the #11 Country Club.GIANT-16" FrenchCut in halfNo TomatoReg Jimmy Mustard@Reg Oil & VinegarXtra OnionsReg Oregano-BasilXtra BaconWhen we got home there was only bacon mayo/mustard & onions. Drove back to the restaurant 6 miles away for them to fix it. Then is it still screwed up. There was no oil/vinegar & no Oregano-Basil. Sad thing is this was our first visit to a Jimmy John's.

my wife, michelle left a review further down from saturday morning on 10/28/23 but this place is SO BAD yall deserve a double review. so we walk in and theres 2 employees. one is some lady behind the counter who looked at us like we offended her for having the nerve to want a sandwich. the other old guy is just shuffling around the store so i dont even pay him no mind. back to ms "i want money but dont want to work" my wife asks for the italian nightclub with jalapenos and mustard, i ask for the tuna club with no cucumbers.what we got was a tuna club doused in vinegar and jalapenos and an italian nightclub with meat and cheese only. so, whoever was working on 10/28/23 at 1130AM was either SO STUPID that they literally cannot even make a sandwich, which even a tiny child can do. OR, more likely, she blatantly did it on purpose cause we made her get off her phone and work for 5 minutes.remember, manager or district supervisor who reads this review,10/28/23 11-11:30AM your sandwich board worker intentionally messed up our food cause we made her do her job. we will NEVER come back to this trash place. yall need to take a cue from the bruncwick JJ, now they can actually do their jobs and not get mad for having to do it in the first place.

You guessed it, A BAD PLACE TO EAT. simple order of tuna club and an italian was rocket science to this woman who looked like she just had someone piss in her cornflakes. Put peppers on my sandwich so i couldn't eat it and nothing but meat and mayo on the italian. Our JJ in Brunswick is mikes better than this place. Our mistake for expecting consistency from a simole sandwich place.

This is not the 1st time I’ve had a sandwich made incorrectly. If you go in this store prepare your self for rap music and pj pants worn by employees. I am Not sure if there are actually employees working here or a pajama party going on. Just disappointed all around

The worst service with rude employees that find it funny that your food is taking so long to get. Delivery is far from freaky fast and you’d probably get your refund from a canceled order faster than your sub.
