Nowhere else to eat during the storm so came over from hotel across the street to grab dinner. Order their chicken wrap and mozzarella sticks. Gave me a wrap with bacon and onions. There was no lettuce tomato or cheese. The mozzarella sticks were a joke. No cheese inside and they were barely warm.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious, comfortable rooms!
They say they have a restaurant on site but they do not. They have four or five items you can order off a bar menu from 6pm-10pm. The rooms are extremely noisy! They charge you daily for valet and your vehicle sits in a non covered lot thirty yards from the entrance. I only needed my truck once but when i got in it the satellite radio was on a Spanish Pop station and both seats had been adjusted. I stay at DoubleTree almost exclusively and it’s worth noting this is my first negative experience. This particular DoubleTree is simply not worth the price though. I contacted Hilton Honors and let them know, we’ll see what happens when the hotel contacts me within three days according to the customer service representative.
Bartender made one of the best whiskey sours I've ever

We stayed at this Doubleltree the week of Nov. 13th. There was no mention on the hotel's website that the restaurant closed during the COVID shutdown and has yet to reopen a year and a half later. The hotel does offer an unremarkable breakfast buffet but there is no lunch or dinner or room service available at the hotel.
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors were good and wide ?
Worst chicken and waffle... i was on the elevator saw pictures of the schedule for the restaurant, they also had a small picture of real fried chicken. On the menu it was written Southern Fried Chicken and waffle... and guess what they come to me with? a chicken patty that should be in a sandwich. The waffle seemed like it would be good, but it was very soggy on the bottom. It came with warm cinnamon apples on the side. I was soooo sad. I was too excited to have actual chicken since I am not from the south, being that it was my first time visiting Savannah, and they failed me big time. Waitress was nice so we gave her a nice tip. Huge disappointment

Disclaimer: finding a really good restaurant in a hotel seems next to impossible. Went to John Ryan's for breakfast: setting was nice. Food was mixed: eggs were wonderful--compliments to the chef. The breakfast potatoes were cold and hard. Toast was even worse. Does it really have to be that hard to serve a good breakfast?

Nice restaurant inside the DoubleTree Hotel. I ate supper (Reuben Sandwich/Fries) and also enjoyed the breakfast buffet the following morning. Servers were pleasant and attentive.
Nice atmosphere and the menu fits most people's food preferences. I ordered the club sandwich which was good. Service was prompt and courteous.
Just had the lunch buffet. I was very impressed with the quality and flavor of the food as well as the reasonable price. The fried chicken was so good. I also enjoyed the pork chop and all of the veggies. I was too full to try dessert. But I'll be back.
Kelsey Koller was great. She did a wonderful job. The food was okay. I ordered an apple pie and ice cream. The pie was ice cold. Who does that?
Best burgers anywhere!!!
