I guess the food menu they advertise is for mornings and then they run out, so they have premade subs in the afternoon. Wish it would state this somewhere. I think $11.99 for a sub that looks like it came from Publix is ridiculous. The coffee flights were delicious and I appreciate the creativity. I didn't like that my sandwich wasn't served the same time as my coffee.

I can’t decide which one is my favorite in their fall coffee flights. I often go here to chill and catch up on my work. The staff is always friendly and the poetry readings or live music in the evening is the cool whip and cinnamon spice on top ☕️

Espresso lovers rejoice!
It’s always nice to see locally owned businesses do well. Every single time I’ve been here, the service is amazing. Clean space too.
Their espresso is delicious, but if you’re not into that / not into black coffee, they definitely have great options for mixed drinks too.
Hoping to catch one of their books events soon.

Wheelchair accessibility: The tables are placed well to allow room for wheelchairs and walkers. Always nice to see inclusive environments.

I was drawn to the promise of good coffee. But alas…
Instead of milk, they used water and 3 lolly pop lookin ice circles floating in it.

Tasted like a protein shake made with tap water.

We went here based on the reviews hoping we had found a local gem. We ordered 2 pumpkin spice and everything nice. When we were rung up and told the price I was in disbelief because of the STEEP price. I went against my gut hoping to be surprised. Well the surprise was on me. Because it just wasn’t good. So not good I tossed in the trash. If you are looking for a coffee place and love coffee keep looking.

We evacuated to the area and were staying with my parents. We always try and support local so made a trip to the mall specifically to get coffee. Their seasonal drinks were available so it was suggested we try one. I had major sticker shock when she rang up our two drinks and the total was almost $22. The price didn’t reflect what was on the menu. The barista said because of all the flavors, it cost more. That much more? The drinks did not reflect the $11 price. We didn’t even pay that much for two drinks downtown the entire week. I can’t justify paying $11 for a cup of coffee.

My husband and I were looking for a cafe where we could charge our devices and stream a soccer game (our power is out due to the hurricane.) We found out KB’s would be open and decided to give it a shot. The drinks were delicious, the atmosphere comfortable and the staff were so kind, enthusiastic, and friendly! If we are in the area again we will certainly stop in again!

OMG! I'm nervous to give such a raving review because I kinda want to keep this place all to myself, but I just have to share – it's AMAZING! Tucked conveniently in the mall, it's spacious, has the cutest vibe, and the pastries? To die for! Plus, the barista seriously knows their stuff! The coffee is incredible, and it's so quiet – just perfect for me. I work from home and love staying close to my son’s school, so not having to drive all over is a win. I camped out in a cozy corner for 5-6 hours, and it was so peaceful and inviting!

I came in this past Saturday 8/10 late afternoon just after 4pm to get a basic regular black drip coffee after reading the great reviews. On their menu and on their website the price was $2.99 for a 12oz. When one of the women rang up my order she charged me $3.29. I had asked her why am I being charged more than what the original price states and her reply was, "oh, that's the wrong price, it was never updated". Not only was the coffee nuke warm and tasted horrible, the whole fact that these workers are either playing games with customers or they are too damn lazy to put the correct prices up is shady and bad customer service. This was the first and last time I will be going to this place. Better off going to Starbucks. Their prices are consistent and their coffee is always hot.

P.S.
For the first time in my life, I've decided to start leaving reviews for shady and or excellent costumer service. The management is definitely slacking.
