The employee with the headset who takes orders through the window is very rude and her manner is rude. She was present on 9/10/2025 at this location at 4:30 She should be replaced because she is not qualified to work in a restaurant. She works with her hands and does not wear any gloves.

Bad service. Bad food, we literally ordered the new waffle promotion and they didn't even had it, the Chicken was so greasy I couldn't even finish it, it made me nauseous. I don't know man, this place it's just not it. Dirty nasty bathrooms. I almost fell because the floor was so slippery. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The fact that this franchise serves the proper portions in their meals is enough in this area to award 5 stars. I live on Wilmington Island and will go to this location because they serve the three piece dark correctly. KFC on Skidaway gives two legs and a thigh as does Popeyes on Victory.

I don’t know what is wrong today. We ordered online today and the app told us that the order went through. The money was paid and my family was told on the app that the food was ready. When we got to the place, it was locked and the people wouldn’t let us get our order. They should fix the app because it would cause a lot of inconvenience for everyone if they keep on taking orders without actually letting anyone receive their orders.

I understand that a storm came through last night but are you only serving lobby people because this line in drive-thru is not moving. If it not working why haven't thr manager not come outside and said drive-thru is not working. Try calling the store and the line stay busy. Look like yall is only taking one order at a time on drive-thru
