The fact that this franchise serves the proper portions in their meals is enough in this area to award 5 stars. I live on Wilmington Island and will go to this location because they serve the three piece dark correctly. KFC on Skidaway gives two legs and a thigh as does Popeyes on Victory.

I don’t know what is wrong today. We ordered online today and the app told us that the order went through. The money was paid and my family was told on the app that the food was ready. When we got to the place, it was locked and the people wouldn’t let us get our order. They should fix the app because it would cause a lot of inconvenience for everyone if they keep on taking orders without actually letting anyone receive their orders.

I understand that a storm came through last night but are you only serving lobby people because this line in drive-thru is not moving. If it not working why haven't thr manager not come outside and said drive-thru is not working. Try calling the store and the line stay busy. Look like yall is only taking one order at a time on drive-thru

The women in the drive thru today was very rude. I ordered an family meal with extra sides. She got an attitude and closed the windows because we asked for ketchup to go with our large fries and napkins. We purchased a large Mac and cheese and received no utensils. Very rude very unprofessional. Will not be returning. Rude, rude, rude....the owners should be ashamed.

I just had to give them extra stars today I came in for some liver they had it but the customer service I received in the drive thru was great they made my day young lady that was giving me my food at the window was very nice kind and the manager man sorry I didn’t remember there names but he was so freaking nice as well it take nothing to smile in be nice to people I thank y’all for the hospitality omg everything was great ? this was absolutely around lunch 12:54 pm to be exact
