I've ordered from this location several times and they just can't read! I ordered a 3pc white meat and I received dark meat! I ordered the same 3pc white and I received a 2pc??? Obviously they give you what they want you have instead of what you pay for...I will never order from her anymore and the thighs were so big that it looked half cooked!

Writing this on behalf of my mother who continues to purchase from here even though I gave up on kfc awhile ago. Just ordered from here on the website for pickup because we know how long it takes to prepare fryers. Ordered a combo deal meal. The box of biscuits and large fries were not in the bag even though the order is literally printed on the label on the bag. This happens at this kfc all the time. Always ‘missing’ items..

Got the COLD $4.99 2pc. special. Cold biscuit, cold pigeon leg and a semi warm thigh. Called to speak to the manager and she was as cold as the food.

We ordered through the app since they had a deal on the chicken meal we also got tenders but when we placed our order it said we only got the chicken and it was still 50 something dollars so we went in and told the woman at the counter what happened and showed her proof that we were supposed to get our sides and then she said "well tthere's nothing I can do to help you I can't fix it luckily we contacted customer support and they gave us a refund for the missing items we went through the drive through to get our chicken we ordered around 8:45 and when we went through the drive through she said she was making us fresh chicken and the that it would be done in 16 minutes we didn't get our chicken until after 9:30 and it was cold

Some of the most rudest old ladies I have ever ran across my order was taken wrong then the cashier got angry with me so I ask for a manager which she came and went on to complain about how they are short staff totally understandable which I was being patient but the tone and attitude that was being thrown at me made me not even want my order so I decided not to get it then they really got nasty I politely left and told them to have a blessed day at this point this place needs to be shut down this is not my first unhappy experience just the first I'm writing a review about it.

I placed an order online and proceeded to go pick it up. When I got there I let the cashier know my name and she told me it was going to be while.I sat in the lobby for about 10 minutes and was handed my order. It was in a big bag that was sealed up so I did not look inside. When I got home and opened it I realized it was the wrong order. I brought it back and whoever the girl is in the black and white striped shirt begin to say over and over again that I took the wrong order. First of all I took nothing the order was handed to me I feel like it was rude of her to accuse me of taking something that I was given. As she was packing my order she was slinging my chicken into the box with an attitude It's not a good experience to have a restaurant make a mistake and then blame you. Everyone else that I initially interacted with was nice but she needs to work on her customer service
