Cashier was very friendly at the drive-through speaker was not working very clear was instructed to go around to the window made both orders at the drive-through window speaker when I got to the drive-through window. They only heard one order, but they took the second order and before I can pay for it, the manager came up and the cashier said she’s also getting that second order in the manager told me I had to drive back around so I refuse to spend my money with them so I did not get the second order and I think it was very rude of her to tell me about her time clock.

The woman taking my order was aggressive and rude. She even gave me a stare down like she was gonna fight me. I wasn't even being aggressive. And I enjoyed that kfc because it was walking distance. I can definitely say I'm not going back there

Worse customer service ever. Did not put half our food in the bag. Complained they had to fix their mistake. I was so embarressed for my friend visiting from out of town. Employees on cell phone the whole time. Smell of weed coming from kitchen.

I just order 3 $7 fill ups. Food was messed up. And the people working there taking orders have nothing but an attitude to give you when your telling them your missing items. I came here two times and both times were awful. I would not recommend going here but to other kfc around the area sure. But the people here on skidaway suck bad. They need to reevaluate their employees.
Drive thru, had to wait 20 minutes to get what I wanted. After 30 minutes I went inside. They had forgotten me.

Food is usually good. Not a good day for service. Ask for half/half tea, got all unsweetened. Husband asked for no mayo on his sandwich, it was loaded. Neither of us were very happy with that. But the chicken was consistent. Good.

All the food was dry, the biscuits were hard as a rock, $17 not worth it, not going back and we We live less than 2 miles away, So sorry we chose them, they don’t deserve one of the dollars we paid, maybe it could be the way we look. don’t eat here any other place will be better than this.
