Waiting in line for 10 minutes, wasn’t even greeted by any employee. They just kept scurrying about the kitchen looking busy. Completely ineffective management and lack of attentiveness. Find another place to eat.

KFC is just KFC... yes, but that's why I go there, to enjoy KFC, hahaha. I like their Tuesday 8-piece for $10, but their chicken sandwich is super good too!
Every time I go to this location for lunch, the staff is always rude and disrespectful. They always get an attitude when you ask for anything extra, like sauce. And when they do give you sauce, they want to charge you $0.35. However, there is a bin with different types of dipping sauces sitting in the dining room for free. Just ridiculous!

24 May ‘24 2:45 After my 5 star experience a month ago I thought I’d try it again. Today the chicken is not good. The mashed potatoes taste weird. Didn’t get the pieces of chicken I ordered and that really ticks me off. Didn’t get the dipping sauce I ordered. The biscuits look like a finger poked a hole thru the middle of each one. Straight in the garbage! The guy at the counter kept yawning and never once covered his mouth. There was another guy employee at a table fairly certain he was asleep. There was a guy putting the orders together, he’s the one that gave me the wrong pieces. There was one lady working the window and another lady standing around in the back. People should do the job they are paid to do and care about customers. Also this place is filthy - the windows, the doors, the counter, the floor, every where you look just greasy. Never going to this KFC ever again.FIVE STARS 27 Apr ‘24 2:30 Best take out fried chicken I’ve had in years. Hot. Crispy. Delicious. Mashed potatoes and gravy and biscuits were really good too. The girl taking my order told me that they did not have the special available (which was on their billboard.) When I questioned it, she checked with her manager and found out they did have it (She was new). I ordered and asked if she could substitute the mashed potatoes for the fries. She said no so I asked her to check with her manager (again she was new). She said she already check with her manager. I started ordering again and the manager then butted in and started telling me (not talking very politely) and said "I am the manager and I told her we do not substitute." The new girl and I had already established it so there was no reason for her to continue to talk to me that way. Unfortunately, my response was (in the same tone) "she already told me that you do not substitute!." Then the manager disrespected me by walking away muttering "Oh lord". She was disrespectful in front of her new employee. What kind of training is that for a new employee. I reacted and said "what a bit*h"! The manager came roaring back and said she will not serve me for swearing. While I agree, I should not have called her that (But she was that), her response was not appropriate. I guess I wont be going back to KFC on abercorn in Savannah.

The place looks like it's closing. Very dark inside, like the lights were off .They didn't have enough staff. The ladies were doing all they could do. Unfortunately not enough staff = low quality products. Won't be going back.

I stopped in on my way home from work on Monday, 3/25/2024@ 7:12 pm. I ordered a 12 piece family meal with 8 drumsticks original and 4 breasts extra crispy. I had to wait 10 minutes for the drumsticks which I didn't feel was too bad since I needed 8. When I got home (11 miles away), my husband got his drumsticks and I grabbed what was supposed to be a breast. Turns out it was a thigh. I don't like dark meat, that is why I ordered breasts. Was not happy last night, but thought at least Tuesday, I will have my breast when I get home. Well lucky me...there was only one breast and two more thighs. I'm very upset about this. No one in the house except the dog eats thighs. This has turned into some very expensive dog treats. This is not the first time they have given me the wrong pieces when I am very specific with the order and repeat it at least three times to make sure they understand. With the price of their meals, I expect to get what I ask for. Some advice to the workers....stay off your cell phone and pay attention to your customers. If you are out of what the customer has requested, let them know. Don't just substitute something else. I would have taken original breasts if they were out of extra crispy. I would have taken wings. I DON'T LIKE THIGHS!!!!!!
