PICKED UP AN ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION FOR DINNER. WHEN WE ARRIVED HOME, HALF THE ORDER WAS MISSING. CALLED THE STORE, AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE CLOSING EARLY, AND WOULD NOT OPEN THE NEXT DAY. I TOLD THEM WE WOULD BE THERE ON THURSDAY, SHE SAID SHE WOULD NOT HONOR THE REFUND BECAUSE OF THE TWO DAY DELAY... THEY WERE CLOSING AT 6:00, I CALLED AT 5:49, AND WE LIVE 18 MILES FROM THEIR LOCATION. THEY NEED TO HIRE MANAGERS WITH MORE THAN ONE BRAIN CELL...

Laziest laye night staff I've ever deal with. Sat in the drive through from 10:15 to 10:45 to be told they only so uber eats and nor real customers past 10pm is not acceptable.
I went to the kfc on waters today 6-3-24 and all I can say is well done. Very short on staff but the lady at the counter was very friendly, very professional. My food was excellent . I will be going back in the near future.

This particular KFC on water Avenue have the habit of using old oil to prepare their chicken. I got the same complaint from someone until i observed for myself. When i order a bucket of chicken i could see how dark it was and could taste that ancient oil on my tonge after eating. Well i am done with this branch never again.

I ordered online in the app. The food arrived fine and on time, however the chicken tenders I received were immensely subpar. looked like they had been sitting in the back of the rack all day, they didn't want to throw them out and give me actual chicken tenders. definitely not worth the money, especially if you're hungry.
