PICKED UP AN ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION FOR DINNER. WHEN WE ARRIVED HOME, HALF THE ORDER WAS MISSING. CALLED THE STORE, AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE CLOSING EARLY, AND WOULD NOT OPEN THE NEXT DAY. I TOLD THEM WE WOULD BE THERE ON THURSDAY, SHE SAID SHE WOULD NOT HONOR THE REFUND BECAUSE OF THE TWO DAY DELAY... THEY WERE CLOSING AT 6:00, I CALLED AT 5:49, AND WE LIVE 18 MILES FROM THEIR LOCATION. THEY NEED TO HIRE MANAGERS WITH MORE THAN ONE BRAIN CELL...

I ordered my family food and when it came down to my son’s kids meal, it was not all put together. Things were missing and I didn’t realize it until I got to the hospital. I didn’t have the time and energy to go back

Laziest laye night staff I've ever deal with. Sat in the drive through from 10:15 to 10:45 to be told they only so uber eats and nor real customers past 10pm is not acceptable.

I went to the kfc on waters today 6-3-24 and all I can say is well done. Very short on staff but the lady at the counter was very friendly, very professional. My food was excellent . I will be going back in the near future.

This particular KFC on water Avenue have the habit of using old oil to prepare their chicken. I got the same complaint from someone until i observed for myself. When i order a bucket of chicken i could see how dark it was and could taste that ancient oil on my tonge after eating. Well i am done with this branch never again.
The crew that works that this store are exceptionally pleasant to deal with. So kind, so helpful. They never give less than 5 star service. I happily go out of my way to visit this particular location knowing I will not he disappointed 🤩
