When we visit the KFC 5 days ago it was the good experience they were very friendly and we got a bucket of chicken they let us get half original and half crispy I did like that

The cashier was rude after asking for some hot sauce and condiments I shouldn’t have to deal with that attitude again it’s your job and you don’t need it if you can’t handle I same ask for hot sauce

Might’ve just been a bad day but the potatoes were lukewarm, the chicken nuggets I couldn’t eat because they weren’t too fresh and the apple pie poppers are served cold.
How do you advertise a hot picture and then say they stopped frying them they just bake them and let them sit out? That’s weird but they were still good, I just needed a microwave I guess.
Thanks for bringing back the potato wedges though.

Drive thru lady was awesome!! Today I went in for $10 bucket chicken. It was quick and they did not miss a beat any where. Chicken tenders were juicy and Fresh!!! Not those small ones either!! Wedges are back as well!! Will be back next Tuesday!!! I hope the same crew will be there😂 Thanks for great customer service.

My experience is overall good! I ordered via DoorDash tonight and I was impressed with the way KFC seals their delivery bag so that only the purchaser has access to the food, THIS IS GREAT! I don’t know if that was the intention or just to keep the food fresh (which it was) but I love that idea for delivery meals!! My only complaint is that on the DoorDash menu Korean barbecue nuggets were listed but the reality is you get your nuggets regular with packets of honey barbecue sauce lol!That is false advertising to me, so I didn’t give a 5-star review. The nuggets were still good though.

lady at the window who didn't even take my order, has a disgusting attitude and rolled her eyes when i asked nicely if something i ordered came with a second side. it does, it was a simple mistake but girl don't roll your eyes and get rude trying to tell me what i said when i know exactly what i asked for.
