The worst hotel breakfast ever. What a poor reflection of a fabulous food city. Half cooked grits, greasy hash brown, (not even fast food worthy.) The halloumi (one of my favorites), was two tiny, cold pieces, also barely cooked. Even the toast was mushy and hardly toasted. Go to Anita's around the corner.

A bar staff member who doesn't know rose wine...should have been warned at this hotel. Of course, she can't mix cocktails either, nor post the bill to the room. There is no service anyway. Sad, but really true.

Bagels and cream cheese. Good. No tea ... sorry. Needs more variety, though ambiance is very nice.

The restaurant is not open for dining. It only has an operating bar for drinks and coffee in the morning.

Only one server for 8 - 9 full tables. Service was slow. Had to ask to extra eating utensils twice. Didn’t have hot tea, never received coffee. Food was decent ... breakfast ... pancakes and French toast. Paper straws in plastic cups for beverages :-(

Expensive and not impressive

We stayed at the hotel and took advantage of the convenience of the late breakfast. Unfortunately none of it was memorable. Lackluster service, as though she wished we weren't there. Boring eggs benedict. Nothing was wrong, but nothing was special. We will not be back.

The food was good but the bar is seriously lacking! Food and alcohol is where you make a lot of money at a hotel and the selection is just so minimal. Plus it feels more like we were sitting in a lobby rather than a restaurant. Also it's part of the hotel and they won't charge to your room. The bartender guy was super friendly and attentive. Totally not his fault the rest was just subpar.

Wednesday...wings and whiskey specials!!!! Sweet tea wings and $3 & $5 whiskey specials. What looks like a nice menu and, if the wings and dessert are any indication tasty menu. Even though located in a hotel, there is nothing close to the hotel restaurant feel.

This place redefining what hotel restaurants can be in Savannah. Stylish decorum and amazing locally sourced, farm to table styled dishes. As a sea scallob snob, one of the best I've had with smoked fennel puree. Shocking flavors. The specialized Leopold's ice cream with banana butter was incredible. The craft cocktails served here were fragrant and divine. Can see this place quickly becoming not just a tourist favorite but more essential, a local one.

I recently hosted a dinner party for the relaunch of my small business at Kitchen 320 and I am so glad that I chose this restaurant for the occasion! Chef Will worked with me to plan everything out on a short notice and the food was fantastic! I ordered the Georgia White Shrimp and it was super tasty and filling. One of my guests even ordered and ate two entrees! Lol The waitresses and manager were absolutely amazing and their patience, attentiveness and customer service put the cherry on top of my special day! They even sent someone out to purchase a container of sherbert just so that I could order the drink that I wanted (even though it was on the breakfast drink menu and my dinner was in the evening). The atmosphere of the restaurant is modern, airy and truly perfect for any occasion! I highly recommend Kitchen 320 to Savannah Locals looking to try something new and tourists who want to experience Savannah's Best! I can't wait to visit again. Thank you!

Great experience. Awesome food.

Attached to the Trip hotel, Kitchen 320 is nothing like their online presence. Atmosphere is very austere as is the hotel. I was looking forward to the pecan crusted French toast. Nope. The most interesting thing on the menu was a shrimp omelet w spinach. I had pancakes & my husband had an omelet. They were tasty but even the presentation was austere. There seemed to be one menu for the entire place. The second star was for flavor. Not the place to go if you're looking for something different.

Great hotel staff!

Food was above-average, but breakfast service was below-average. Understaffing led to a long wait time and servers were familial bordering on disrespectful. Nonetheless, great area, very nice hotel. Would come again, hopefully to better service.
