Ordered online and everything was received confirmed. About 15 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered Door dash called and said they didn't have enough dough to finish my order. I called the Krispy Kreme and they said I would have to get the refund from door dash that they couldn't help me with it! Terrible!!!

I placed the order several days in advance, waited in line, was told to get in the drive-thru lane to pick up my order, and when I finally reached the window, I was interrupted and YELLED AT by whom I believe is the manager of this Krispy Kreme. She cut me off, and YELLED, for me to pull up and around. I got out of the drive thru line, pulled around, and waited. No one came outside and no one helped me. I had to go back into the store and ask for help again. They tried to push me to the back of the line and didn't listen to me saying I had already waited for over 40 minutes.
The cashier then took my phone OUT OF MY HAND and to the back of the store, where the woman who yelled at me then proceeded to argue with him about whether my order existed or not. I waited for another 15 minutes, and they finally walked over with my 10 dozen donuts. I placed this order and prepaid 3 days in advance. Why did it take over an hour for me to get these donuts? Why did the staff feel it was appropriate to yell at me, act in a disrespectful manner, and also take my phone out of my hand and into the back of the restaurant...? This was such a shocking and wildly unpleasant experience. I spent over $170 on donuts to be treated like trash in your restaurant. Totally unacceptable.

Unfriendly service, cold donuts and it’s raining and not one wet floor sign. I slipped as soon as I walked in. I found the wet floor signs and put a couple out for them lol

Let me just start this review by saying I don't write a lot of reviews. I grew up on krispy kreme doughnuts. When doughnuts were mentioned they would be my first thought. Fresh hot melt in your mouth experience leaving you craving more. As a kid, coupled with a tall glass of cold milk. As an adult, coffee. I haven't had any for a short while and my daughter suggested them for dessert tonight. 31jan2025 was a gamechanger for me and krispy kreme. I was very disappointed when she opened the box. I was shocked. It was like the old Wendy's commercial slogan "where's the beef". I remember the way they used to be. Succulent, cravable and larger. They used to fill the box touching all sides. Not anymore. The flavor has diminished from great to now just good. For $15/dozen they are now a joke.

It's a disgusting restaurant, it doesn't have people, it's made me look bad with several applications and a waste of time.
I just went there today the doughnuts are great but the service is extremely slow and the person typed in a different persons order. But what is crazy is they wouldn’t let us use the bathrooms and said the bathroom is not for customers. I don’t know if that’s legal for a place to serve food and not let customers use the bathroom.

We drove 25 miles to visit the Krispy Kreme on Abercorn Drive in Savannah - CLOSED. (It was supposed to be open.) Our favorite Krispy Kreme on Skidaway Rd. was shut down, Is this store headed in that direction too ?

No one bothered to greet me at the door that was locked at 7:30. Despite posted hours, the lobby is never open at 6am. There was an employee just sitting there and stared at me trying to open the door. Didn't even move... Why even have a lobby of you don't intend to open it at the right time?

The girl with red hair hair working the register 1/7/25 around 8:30 truly seemed to hate her job. She was very rude and straight up ignored any questions that were asked. Food was great though
