I had the most wonderful customer service experience this evening with Ms. Keisha at the check-out line. She went out of her way to assist me and I am grateful. Her customer service is outstanding. She took initiative when it was least expected. Without her help, Kroger would have lost my sale, but she stepped up and made it happen. Keisha’s leadership and customer mindfulness is a shining example of a level all should strive for. I highly recommend grocery shopping here!

Staff are not particularly helpful or attentive. I always feel like I am intereupting a conversation between them if I need to ask for assistance or even just cashing out

I'm truly shocked to read so many negative reviews. We call it Baby Kroger due to the size but it is an in & out store. We never have to wait, good selection, clean & polite employees that go above & beyond. This is the store we always shop at for over 5 years & have never had a bad experience.

The worst deli counter ever. The sign on the deli says "serving dinner 6pm - 8pm". At 6:45pm there is not a single item to be sold. All bins are completely cleaned out. This happens every day. I have filled out the Kroger experience survey multiple times complaining about this deli and it never changes. Corporate Kroger does not care what you think. I have talked to the deli manager and they just look at you like you have lost your mind. I have been using this Kroger since they opened, but it finally looks like it is to to switch to Publix. P.S. - Whoever had the great idea to rearrange the store should also be fired.

Was out of town visiting and stopped here to pick up some groceries. They have an absolutely terrible selection of brands. The grocery stores back home had at least 3 different brands to choose from for each item and at this Kroger there was only 1 brand of everything.

The rudest manager i have ever encountered!! I was as followed and harassed by the manager to check out at 8;55! The store closes at 9:00.. i told her to Stop following me , i was checking out , she threaten to call the police .. this lady is bat s*** crazy ! This is the last time i will ever step foot in that store .. i would never been treated this way at Publix !

A bit compact but a quick trip because it had everything we needed. According to my boyfriend "this Kroger is awesome". We had a little trouble at the register using our Kroger card but the cashier was quick to notice and help. Get the app!! I can't stress it enough. Digital coupons are great and saved us a lot but you have to search and clip in the app. Overall, a clean store with helpful employees. We also like the ease of parking and extensive grocery selection.

Worst deli counter experience always. Never staffed. Typical wait times over 5 minutes for service...and I'm the only one waiting.

I've been buying tenderloins in Atlanta for years. I recently went to Kroger at Diamond Causeway and could choose between two of the worst-looking tenderloins I've ever seen. I talked to the butcher and asked him why I had to pay for the 5-inch long piece of fat. He said he could cut it off but I'd still pay that price. So, being desperate for decent steaks, I took the better-looking of the two. After getting home and cutting them into decent-sized steaks, I tried to cut the majority of the fat off. Tonight, I cooked one of those steaks, and it was all grizzle and fat that I cut off. Never again will I buy meat from this store. Don't get me started on the seafood. My mother always said that if fish were fresh, you would not smell it! I do not like going past the seafood department because it stinks. Also, I purchased $50 of crab claws and some didn't even have fish in the claws.

This is my favorite Kroger location in the area. Everyone in come in contact with go above and beyond when I need help. Tammy, Renee and Aniqua are so friendly! If you've read my reviews on other Kroger locations in the area, these ladies should be able to go to those stores and train employees on how to act. I drive out of my way to shop this location because of them!

I like the grocery store, but the pharmacy is absolutely awful!

Just finished shopping at Kroger on Diamond Causeway and went to check out. I was told they couldn't accept $3 in quarters even though I had cash for the rest of my purchase. I stood there for 5 minutes or more while they were trying to get the rest of my money back all while saying out loud in front of people that I couldn't afford what I was buying. Um... Yes I could, they just didn't want to take the change I had. So I had to go over to self check out and do it myself. Total waste of time and they were very rude!

This Kroger here is like a little mini version of a real Kroger, or am I thinking of the little Publix over there? In any case, that's how memorable it is.
