This location is beyond putrid. Understaffed, under paid, under cooked, price gouging, website on pc and mobile is unusable and so is the app. I was made to wait 20 minutes for fries! I'm NEVER SPENDING MONEY HERE AGAIN AND I HOPE NO ONE ELSE EVER DOES EITHER.

I went back to Krystal today and the employee whose name is Trevon he is and outstanding employee cause I ordered a 24 pack of Krystal and he kept me updated on my order. So I went inside to wait instead of him walking outside with my food. I was talking to the manager whose name is Tawanna she was very good at keeping me updated also. It was only the two of them working and they had orders 24 packs of Krystal they worked really hard today plus they need an increase in pay on their paycheck.

Well after going to both Krystal on abercorn in Savannah they was both rude didn’t want to serve me as a customer i went over to the Krystal on bee road and I truly can say i have wat i wanted hot fresh Krystals i got them thanks to the manager at bee rd location

I can't answer the above because every time I been there the drive up is in use but the dine in doors are locked, and I ride a electric wheelchair to enjoy a Krystal, the people on bee rd need to be replaced and a manager that knows how to run a clean friendly restaurant

Drive thru order took 45 mins and there was only 2-3 cars ahead of me. They are very unorganized and don't provide quality service. But I don't expect much from Krystal's as far as service. Sometimes Crystal's food is above average when it's served fresh and hot, but on this visit the food was just average.

Every time I try to go there when I'm either walking or on my bike the dine in room is locked and it's drive though only. The last time I was there went in the dining area was dirty.
