Every time I try to go there when I'm either walking or on my bike the dine in room is locked and it's drive though only. The last time I was there went in the dining area was dirty.

The cashier's crystal could never work for Kroger.Or McDonald's or any other big establishment.They are just too slow and to unorganized.It's sad I.Grew up in crystals. It took twenty five minutes for me to go through the line order and receive my food.🥰

Fire whole staff that will let you sit at intercom to order and they don't say anything until you leave I just sat here for over 15 minutes so they are hiding from customers and doing nothing just horrible to the owners of this Krystals on bee road get rid of night time management asap because you are losing a lot of business

Extremely slow service and a really dirty nasty restaurant I love crystals but not this one
I stopped in here and grabbed a coffee while I was visiting the area. It's a Krystal- nothing groundbreaking or unexpected. The staff was friendly, and the coffee was hot.

The food here has been good and bad. Sometimes the Krystal's are soggy and sometimes they seem to be not done. The fries at times seem old. I have been here about 7 times and the food was ok about 3 times. The employees were nice each time I went. I only went through the drive thru. I have never been inside the restaurant.
