It sad that the girl that took my order didn't have e a pos to do it one this is 01/30/26 and I ordered two original chick's with side of fries no drink then two spicy chicks a side of JUNKYARD FRIES the lady sat there and argued with me about what I ordered and I work fast food the COUSTMER is always right I will never ever order from this Krystals again. Also they were OUT of everything Krystal burgers and no ice-cream really.

Is this store even open because the door is locked around lunch time all the lights and everything on but store locked people can’t order at the drive thru cause nobody is in the store I went at 1 pm on 1/4/2023 left went back to see a hour later so I can talk to someone nobody still was there but in the early morning they are open do yall only open for 3 hours

This is southern White Castle. The slider style burgers are cooked the same style on a bed of onions. They do put mustard on their sandwich standard instead of ketchup.
This particular location only had two employees at the time of my visit so I had to knock on the door have them unlock it to enter. The service the two employees have was great but they definitely needed another two maybe three set of hands back there.
The atmosphere was alright. It reminded me of visiting White Castle or chrome diners in NJ when I was younger with mother.

This placce locked their dining room doors an hour before their signage says they closed the dining room. It was thursday night and for many minutes, the workers could see me at the doors and kept telling me to use the drive through by miming driving a car even though I was on my motorcycle. It wasn't until I started filming them on my phone that they decided they would serve me. Then, it took 4 times for them to get my order, right. They had to run my card twice because they didn't get the order right even then. The woman who appeared to be in charge had a serious attitude towards me as if doing her job was more than she could be asked to do. This location has always been slack ever since I lived near here 35 years ago. When I tried to dial the comment telephone number, that was just about as ridiculous as the service since it was not actually a Krystal comment number, but some association of many restaurants that those people manage. Probably, in the same fashion as this restaurant was managed. In the end, I got what food they gave me, though not what I ordered because I didn't want a fight, and left.
Ms V was super sweet each time we’ve visited and was very attentive. Give her a raise!
