This placce locked their dining room doors an hour before their signage says they closed the dining room. It was thursday night and for many minutes, the workers could see me at the doors and kept telling me to use the drive through by miming driving a car even though I was on my motorcycle. It wasn't until I started filming them on my phone that they decided they would serve me. Then, it took 4 times for them to get my order, right. They had to run my card twice because they didn't get the order right even then. The woman who appeared to be in charge had a serious attitude towards me as if doing her job was more than she could be asked to do. This location has always been slack ever since I lived near here 35 years ago. When I tried to dial the comment telephone number, that was just about as ridiculous as the service since it was not actually a Krystal comment number, but some association of many restaurants that those people manage. Probably, in the same fashion as this restaurant was managed. In the end, I got what food they gave me, though not what I ordered because I didn't want a fight, and left.

Just close it down already….. I waited in line during my lunch break for 20mins… no cars in front of me and no cars behind for 20 mins!! Then food was room temperature 😒 I’m beyond disappointed…I’m pissed

Girl was mad rude wouldn’t let me finish my order. The fries were hard as a rock. This place should be closed. The customer service is horrible and the food tasted terrible

Floors were super sticky, lobby was locked, waited 30-45 minutes with maybe 2 cars in the drive through, no one else inside. Food quality was abysmal at best I will say the tots were decent. Would not reccomend, and then problems with giving us a refund on the wait
