We officially give up un Krystal. Too bad since we always liked their breakfast. This location is consistently not open for breakfast. No employees show up I guess. We were excited this weekend to find them open and serving breakfast. When we got home and opened our container...we were pissed! Three egg breakfast had 1 egg. One piece of under cooked toast. 1/2 serving of grits and a sausage. We paid full price for 2 meals and didn't get one full meal. Not the first time but definitely the last. What's the problem here?

Totally awful experience. A/C was not working and all tables in seating area were not clean so eating inside was out of the question. Three employees on duty didn't know what to do. One employee kept messing up orders. Front cash registers didn't work. I placed my order for Krystal burger with no cheese!. The burgers had cheese on them and were raw on the inside. The hot dog was ordered with onions. No onions were received and the chilli looked old like it was on the warmer all day and not fresh. In addition, an employee gave me the wrong change. Last, the bathroom was filthy. I will never come back to this restaurant because this was my second bad experience in a week. (I tried to give them another chance but they failed). Corporate should fix the problems or close the restaurant! BTW, I didn't eat the food and put it in the garbage. Thomas

I went here and ordered junkyard fries and they were like “we don’t have bacon” which is fine, I ordered two. Then she tells me to pull up and wait for my food, comes out not 5 minutes later and is like “oh I forgot we don’t have chili” I asked for a refund because it was 15 dollars and she at some point offered me like 12 burgers instead and then told me I couldn’t get a refund today?? I got no food??? And they won’t give me my money back???

Visiting from out of state stopped by for nostalgia purposes . Dining area was closed at 8 pm. Doors were locked. Told to go thru drive thru. Staff was sitting in the dining area no other cars there. I left without ordering. Didn’t feel very inviting . No cars in parking lot or drive thru. I’m surprised this store isn’t out of business.

Don't know how their service is. They should take the breakfast sign down and put brunch. Whoever is attempting to manage that place should be fired. Slackers. Save some headache and time,there's a McDonald's down the road.
