Cold food, couldn't get my order right after the 3rd time of giving back my food , the rest of the food was cold so I highly advise not going to the abercorn location, even the manager didn't know what she was doing, also the cashier wanted to argue with me about what PLAIN means and then tells me that I can scraps the onions off. This was the worst experience I have ever had...

This establishment is extremely unprofessional and ghetto. They have ZERO customer service skills. It’s literally just a job for them. Before ordering, the female yelled, “We ain’t got no grits.” When he tried asking if they are serving burgers yet, she cut him off and aggressively stated, “there’s no grits,” so my husband chuckled. While he was ordering, she cut him off yet again and told him to pull up to the window. When he got to the window, he told her he needed to order my food and she told him, “I can’t take your order cause we kind of busy, you’re gonna have to go back around.” My husband in turn told her there’s no one else behind me and I stated never mind, I don’t want it anymore. Don’t need anyone spitting in my food…NO THANKS…

I come here every other morning and there is a super nice lady who always hands me my food. She will make your day better because of how sweet she is. One afternoon I was waiting for my food, and I think they forgot about me which was ok because I understood they were understaffed, I went in to ask about my food and she came up to me and fixed the problem. She even upgraded my fries with fresh ones I wish I knew her name, I always look forward to seeing her in the mornings!
