Unkind server, talked unkindly about my friend to her coworker.

Awful customer service! I’ve been here before, and got custom drinks before. (Extra boba, add a milk top, and etc.) I happily pay for my extra accommodations as well. But today, I was served by a boy named Eric. Who was honestly lazy, rude, and being unnecessarily difficult. I tried ordering my normal order FIVE times. To where Eric refused to do them. Making up the excuse of “we can’t do that.”. I asked why because these are orders I have made in the past, and like I said I have no problem paying more for it. But he just shrugged his shoulders. Eventually, I found a drink he was willing to make. He huffed, puffed, and rolled his eyes as he made it. When I got my drink, it did not taste good either. Almost like he made it bad on purpose. I would have understood if they didn’t have the ingredients I asked for. But he clearly just didn’t want to make my order. Like I said, I’ve been here before, and different employees have made my orders with no problem. Eric was just simply being lazy. I will not be coming back to this location until he learns how to do his job.

the young lady with braids and glasses had some real rude when I first arrived at the counter... I just kind of had to slowly step up until she acknowledged me and then cocked her head sideways and widened her eyes and said " you getting a bowl?" I asked "can you make a hot green tea perchance?" She said yes and rang me up, which is when I asked for the price of the green tea three times (I wanna say I don't think she heard me but I actually think she didn't care to listen) keep in mind I've already been in here 5 minutes first waiting on the previous order that was at the counter that took forever and then taking forever to take my order... Skip to the end! She had a look of disgust on her face the whole time, 3 other orders went out before me two of which came in after me (was like a total of 9 drinks) just for me, almost 15 minutes after paying to receive a cold "hot green tea" that was sogging wet from her spilling it so I had to request another heat shield ( didn't even need the heat shield 😂) and not to add the cherry but it was undrinkable.... I've been in 2 other time and the milk tea was crazy sweet but I honestly didn't think they can mess up a simple green tea but I was wrong. Will not return.

Overall, I give this experience a 4/10. It seemed like the place was understaffed, especially for a Friday afternoon/evening with so many customers in the store. It’s very tight in the store, not great if you’re claustrophobic. The customer service could’ve been better. I didn’t feel very welcomed when I walked in. One of the employees was seated at the bar eating for about the entirety of my visit, leaving two people behind the bar to deal with the long line. It took about 15 minutes to get my drink made… after I waited 5 minutes to order it. I’ve honestly had better boba. This place isn’t worth the hype.

Inch of foam on all drinks, not topped off properly. Can’t make wintermelon milk gt at 50%, even though other locations can (half of 1.2 is .6, you got it lmao). Orders are also not handed out in order, and orders with multiple drinks come out separately. The girl taking orders did not ask about sugar or ice level, and was not friendly.

Flavors are not the same . Got a taro milk tea and tastes just like a very sweet tea, my daughter got coconut milk tea and taste just like black tea with milk.

I told the barista, and they told me taro tea looks like that and taste like that. ( it was light brown color and tasted just like a very sweet tea. I did ask for 50% sugar. 🤷‍♀️

I’ve been to king fu tea several times before and have gotten slushes and they’ve been so great, but I had decided on a whim to stop bye and get one of the apple pie slushes. I was excited expecting it to be just as good as all of the other drinks I’ve gotten but I was very disappointed with how the drink turned out.
It couldn’t even be classified as a slush, it was just straight up blended milk, it actually made me sick. I had to put it in my freezer to make up for the lack of slush.
I work in the service industry so I understand not everything is going to turn out the way it’s supposed to but It was obvious the girl who made it was new, I just wish she could be trained more on how to make drinks so no one else orders a sub par slush.

Sugar adjustment is not flexible as other kungfu tea, and me and my sister get stomachache and last for couple hours after, even tho we didnt even finish the the small size drink. Our stomach is still so uncomfortable and it’s already 11pm

If I could leave zero, I would, a little lady with the Curly blonde hair, took my order twice and still got it wrong and then on the side, they were just talking about irrelevant stuff instead of paying attention to what I was asked to order.her. I just ended up leaving what I ordered ..without asking for a refund

I ordered online a iced Honey Green Tea with little sugar (30%); it was disgusting. It tasted so artificial and over brewed, I couldn't drink it and ended up dumping it out. The staff was friendly; they had my order done when I arrived but I didn't have time to go back and ask for them to remake it due to a meeting. It may be just me but if green tea is brewed properly, it doesn't need a lot of sugar. I felt like the drink I had, even with sugar, you couldn't get the nasty aftertaste out of your mouth.

Terrible. Bite size over priced drinks. Definitely not worth the price. I got a matcha smoothie with Oreos for 7$. It was a complete waste of my money and time. It tasted powdery and was too sweet. I’ll stick to my Venti Matcha Frappuccinos at Starbucks that’s 3x the size, taste better and the same price. I’m an UBER driver and it is a place I will not be recommending anyone
